The location is convenient. The van had a foul order, like cigarettes and there was dog fur on the passenger seat. The passenger door could not be unlocked with the key. It could only be locked from inside the van. Also the key lock box was difficult to use.

GEORGE KEverything went well with the truck. The only challenge was with the return, the parking lot is VERY small and while I did not have trouble parking the truck, I am experienced driving large trucks, a person who is not experienced would struggle. Not much the compnay can do about this however and I understand this. Very easy process picking up the truck before store opened and dropping it off. Thank you again!
Dalisa GThe keys were stuck in the lock box. I had to use pliers to get them out. Make sure they arnt stuck. It took me a 30 mins to get them out. Also I was charged for gas and it wasn’t full when I picked it up.

ARAM CI couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It’s probably the best one I’ve had with U-Haul. My van was ready upon arrival and transaction was quick and easy with great customer service.
SHANE FLocation was great, parked perfectly for us to exit with ease. The back of the truck was not swept fully, the interior of the cabin dusty and there was a large carboard box broken down with a prime drink left in the cabin as well. None were huge deals to us we just didnt want to be charged for it- were moving and all items we did need were there.

It took about 10 attempts to get through the application and in the end I didn't get the information about were to put the key. I needed to go home and call from home to talk to support to get the final instructions.

Catherine TAfter hour pick up using the app is a pain. It is slow and hangs up. I was kicked out of the app during the confirmation of the pictures of the van. The pictures were not accurate. I had to send a message to the location to let them know that the front picture of the van was of the wrong vehicle. I would not suggest after your pick up using the UHaul app.
MICHELLE FVan wasn’t clean upon pick up I made sure to clean it after having it almost a month and was charged?!? Frustrating also should have a deal for mileage over a thousand dollars for use of a van for a month and to be charged over 400 for miles is insane I’ll never use U-Haul again

Mark OValve cap missing Tires not balanced. Talk to service and was told U-Haul will not let them balance tire on trailers. Asked why previous rental of truck was so old when there was a newer model the and was told newer models are one way rentals. Not happy on corporate value to customers

Benjamin HThere was a huge problem getting the van. At 7am on Sunday we tried to enter the code to open the lock on the key lockbox. It had snowed the night before and it was very cold. The lock was frozen and we couldnt open it. We had to go to a gas station to buy a lighter and then come back and heat up the lock. That finally worked but then the metal box itself was frozen and wd had to bang on it with the lock to get it to open. Btw, ur website wasnt easy to navigate either. It kept taking us back to the beginning. AND ur 1 800 number wasnt in service until 4am arizona time. In general, nothing went smoothly for the pickup.
susan pI was very pleased with the service I received while picking up this u-haul. The gentleman showed me how everything worked and told me what to expect. The u-haul worked very well and the gas was very reasonable. I would rent from this place again.
