No one was there. I had to call a phone number twice to get the proprietor. We left with the U-Haul after texting him a photo of the receipt. Turns out, the receipt did not indicate payment so I received a dozen calls before I arrived home.The U-Haul was damaged on the front left fender (marked as damaged) and we stopped twice to make sure it was not rubbing against our tire.

The automated pickup by way of cell phone process was tedious and took too long. It wasn’t convenient at all. Also, my service order posted one location as where the pickup would take place, but the actual pickup was at a totally different location.
