Showed up for the truck Monday morning and no keys .. customer service transferred me after I explained the situation and had to re explain only to have her tell me I would need to go to another location across town. We couldn’t. So had to postpone our move until the next day, very frustrating- all the trouble and still had to pay full price. Certain I would have been charged if I caused any delays
