Check in took way too long because they’re asking me same questions that I already completed when I made the reservation. It also took long because associate made a typo regarding my drivers license information so when he tried to finish checking me in it kept timing out, but it didn’t tell him why. The gentleman was friendly and professional, but as I said check-in took too long - vehicle was fine returning the vehicle was a good process. Wish you would rent these trucks with a full tank like rental car agencies do. It’s hard to know how much gas to put in to get it back to where it was when you picked it up which usually results in a bank error in your favor.

Not charge them for gas that was not in the truck
April SNo notice it was an abandoned business. No one on site. Uhaul website says person available until 9pm. No directions on site. No one answered lol cal phone number. Called 800 phone number. Finally a bit of help. We ultimately left keys under seat and locked truck. It took over 1 1/2 hours in cold darkness to return truck. Never again will I rent UHaul!
