JPR is the best and easiest place to rent a uhaul I am sorry that they are not renting trucks anymore!

BRET TORPPEYThe drivers mirror was broken. I was told I would not be charged for this . OK. When I pulled out and got on the highway, I realized the mirror would only point at the ground,. It would not hold a fixed position. This was extremely dangerous. I drove from NJ to Maryland staying in the slow lane because of poor maintenance. The attendant was a very nice young girl but I guess she did not understand safety. I was driving roughly 500 miles. Quite honestly this charge to my credit card should be adjusted and this truck should be removed for repair. I was happy that I did not get into a car accident.

Philip ColumboI did not say that you had to completely check in online. The place was not open. We had to do online checking and we had to wait for one hour and a half minutes. Also, I was changed mid week from North Arlington to Lyndhurst. I will have to think twice before renting a u-haul again,

Frank D'Arc1) Van was parked between other vehicles. It took 15-20 minutes to move the car out of parking lot, and I did it by moving jet ski parked next to the van that I have rented. 2) I paid for a dolly and there was no dolly inside the vehicle. Called customer service, and they recommended me to drive to U-Haul location in Newark, NJ. When I arrived there, store worked told me she did not receive a call from the customer service. Guess what? There was no dolly at that location. So, the same store worker made a few calls and reserved one dolly at the U-haul store in East Orange, NJ. I finally drove there and picked it up. Then I had to drive all the way back to South Hackensack to move my stuff. So, I was charged for the miles that I had to pick up a dolly which was supposed to be inside the vehicle at the first place. Not to mention, I also had to pay for gas. I'm hoping U-Haul will apply partial refund !!!

Robert KaydaI rented a trailer that was hooked up onto my friends truck. My friend had called and they held the reservation with his card. When we got to the place I wanted to use my card to pay since it was my bill. The young lady who helped us told me that I will be able to pay when I Return the one-way trailer. When I got to the place to deliver the trailer I was told that the bill was paid with my friends card and I was not able to reverse the charges. That was an inconvenience for me since I was paying with a credit card. Maybe the young woman did not know this information but Her lack of this information was a problem for me. I wish I would have been better informed.

Edward EdmondsHave a representative present , the online check in process was not pleasant it took at least 45 minutes up of my contract time. At least with a live person you will have the customer happy that they can utilize the time they have it for. Also I rented it with a appliance truck which there was none.
