Pick up location was a complete mess. The rep/clerk was friendly but the store/office was dirty, unkept, and did not represent Uhaul well. The truck performed great. The cab condition was disgusting. There was ashes in numerous cubby holes on the dash. Several items of trash were in the cubby holes. Trash on the floor and a large amount of dirt on the floor. The drivers door and steering wheel was sticky with what I believe was a spilled soda. I wiped down the entire cab with disinfecting wipes before I let my wife even sit in the cab. I was disappointed in the cabs condition. I turned the truck in cleaner than I received it. No issues with drop off location.

Kim JTrailer we rented ended up being in poor condition. Didn't find out tail light was out until we were 10hrs into the trip. We had to go to a a uhsul service location and kill 5 hours of our day, pay and extra rental fee for our rented truck because we had to get 2 tires replaced that were showing cords and way to worn out!! Please reach out to us for compensation! This is experience was rediculous.

Paul BI booked my rental a week in advance and I showed up to the address you emailed me after you changed my initial pickup location. You did not have my truck!! You told me I could show up the next day around noon. You ruined my whole weekend moving because if this. You gave me options to drive to hazelhurst or Morton!! Why as the customer do I have to drive 30 miles to pick up a truck that’s your mistake! You upgraded me to a 26 ft truck which was much too big. The address in Morton you sent me too was wrong and the contact # wrong! The guy at the Morton address as no business working for you. He was rude, didn’t know how to add a driver. He said “you have the insurance why you need to add a driver”; and he kept helping other customers once he started with us when they walked in. Working out if a gas station probably not the best idea. Our appointment was at 530 and we didn’t get home till 8pm after it was said and done.
Lauren MEquipment was well taken care of but location was the absolute worst. Store owner was a complete ass. Took almost an hour for him to get everything done on his mid 1990s computer plus, he was very rude. Pornographic content all throughout the store! Thank God my kids werent with me! I enjoyed renting from you guys but I will not step foot in that store again!

NORMAN LOwner asked me to unhitch my own auto haul from truck after. I informed him I had never done that before and not sure how. His exact words were “you don’t have to go to college to know how to unhook a trailer.” I felt extremely humiliated and disrespected. I can’t believe a business owner/associate of Uhaul would respond to a customer better yet anyone like this. I will never do business here again.
Chelsey TPatched corner! Not patched well! We drove from MS to Alabama and it rained the whole way and the truck got soaked on the inside! My microfiber sectional sofa and recliners are possibly ruined! Multiple boxes soaked thru! I let drop off location know of issue and he took pictures of patch! You may have to replace my furniture and some personal belongings!

Emigdio PHorrible experience the gentleman does everything himself at the store so hes working 6 different positions trying to check you in as you sit there and wait for several other customers to bypass you even though you were 1st keeping you there in additional 45 minutes to an hour because he doesn't know the system and can't execute it properly also but properly also the truck was dirty nasty did not have an aquarium extinguisher and the trailer we rented caught on fire and it burned up my Mercedes Benz Sadie's bands so horrible experience.

sharmia wThe personnel did not know his passwords into the uhaul system. Although I had an appointment, the wait was over an hour. The blankets were dirty and smelled like wet dog. I had movers on standby that I paid to wait. This was costly.

Milton CI made a reservation three weeks ago for a trailer for today. I was supposed to pick it up at Brandon, Ms but when I called to confirm the reservation when I got the text they said it was transferred to Jackson. So I called there and they said it was transferred to Morton. I had to drive to that city and pick it up. They did tell me I could drop it off at the original location in Brandon.

Kristen NI was rerouted to pick up my uhaul at a location that was 30 miles out of the way. I placed the order more than a month in advance of my pickup date, and uhaul was unable to have the equipment at my requested site. Also, the pickup location they rerouted me to was a gas station in the middle of nowhere that was unable to sign out the equipment to me because a storm had taken out their register/system. I had to call Uhual customer service to check out my equipment. This was something I was trying to avoid by booking my pickup for an actual uhaul location so that any problems would easily be able to be solved by actual uhaul staff. The attendant at the location was not helpful at all.

JAMES DSLOW SERVICE. MANY INTERRUPTIONS. Technician didn't know how to connect trailer to my vehicle. Technician could not work card payment. Had to withdraw funds from ATM in store (additional $2.99 withdrawal fee). NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
