Drop box was confusing- we put the keys back in the original box we took out from #3. The return box did not say uhaul on it and the papers inside were if you were dropping a personal car for service so we did not use it. Also outside of this shops control the road is being replaced and one entrance sign blew down making it difficult to locate on our original approach.

The truck I had originally reserved had a mechanical failure. I was notified of the issue before my scheduled pick up time. They had another truck ready for me by my original pick up time. I was very pleased with the way they handled this situation.
Randall GFirst. The truck was only at 3/4 full of gas. The uhaul franchisee insisted it was full and put that on the paperwork forcing me meet that requirement. I was right. I only drove the truck 28 miles and it took over 10 gallons of gas pushing the gas guage way past where it was when picked up. Put this on top of the franchisee appearing annoyed he had to do his job renting the truck and that he doublechecked I would return the truck by 2pm the next day (24 hour rental). I returned the truck at 11:50 and the location was closed. No instructions of what to do with the keys. I called the business to leave a voicemail. Suprisingly, someone answered as if I just woke them up. They were very annoyed. I mentioned I was returning the truck, no one was here and that I put the keys in box #1. He acknowledged but was obviously upset a customer called on his weekend. I would never rent from this location again. There are several other uhaul rental locations near me. Time to try the others.
CHRISTOPHER JJVK Auto is a busy repair shop, but they take the time to stop what they're doing to get you rolling with your uhaul rental. I needed their 9 foot trailer, since my golf cart would not fit on my 8 footer. I was in and out the door within ten minutes. Their trailer is really solid, has a drop down loading ramp and is in excellent condition. Highly recommend JVK.
CHARLES KFirst off, Jon at the rental location was just fine and helpful. I was diverted there on short notice as the 5x9 utility trailer was not available at the place I had originally arranged. Prior to arrival, I had done all the registration on the UHaul website as instructed to expedite pickup. I checked with my auto insurance carrier who confirmed I had coverage so long as the utility trailer was being pulled behind my vehicle. Thus I specifically opted out of both the $8 Insurance and $5 "Safe Trip" fees, and printed my Confirmation/Reservation amount for $24.95. Had I been renting a vehicle, I certainly would have gone for the insurance. I picked up my lawn tractor with the trailer, logging 14 miles round trip, and returned trailer within just a couple hours. As instructed, I confirmed the return via Uhaul site with pics, etc. Later, I got a receipt showing $37.95 charged to my cc including the items I was waived. I used the "chat" feature on uHaul site and was told the area mgr would call me. He did and left a message saying those charges were automatically attached, and invited me to return his call if I wanted to discuss further. I returned the call and left message to please call me back. Four days later, no call back...
