The proprietor gave me zero instruction on using the built in tie downs, they did not check that the trailer was connected correctly. They did not verify the lights were functioning. I would never rent from here again! This person will send people out with zero validation the trailer is safely hooked up.

Charles A.Put a $20.00 a day rental at this location its sad that there are only two $20.00 away rentals in all of Brunswick and that the rental locations that have them are only open till 12:00 .you need more $20.00 a day rentals here.

Jesse C.I reserved a 9-ft cargo van from altama Avenue Brunswick Georgia U-Haul when I arrived to pick it up they had already rented it previously to someone who extended the cargo van for more hours causing me to not get what I had reserved, the person who rented the cargo van should not have been allowed to extend the rental because I had already reserved it for the next day U-Haul has inconvenienced me and millions of other renters by allowing people to extend equipment that is already reserved for the next customer, I had to scramble to try and find another vehicle, I will definitely try my best to never use U-Haul again because of this policy of allowing someone to extend a piece of equipment that has already been reserved for the next customer. U-Haul should not have inconvenience me because I already had this equipment reserved instead U-Haul should have inconvenience the renter who was in possession of this equipment by telling them they must return the equipment at the end of their contract because the equipment is already been reserved and promised to the next customer U-Haul did not mind inconveniencing me but they refused to inconvenience the renter that is in possession of the equipment that is a stupid and inconsiderate position that U-Haul has in regards to their policy
david C.Good job both of the two times I returned supermover trucks to this location. It is a convenience store also so you can buy needed gas and grocery items. Owners are friendly and courteous. We moved to a nearby neighborhood and plan to deal at this store regularly.

Nor did he even check the trailer. I am a 68 year old woman who needed assistance. He was awful!! I will never return a trailer here.

Vincent B.Check that equipment is functional when it comes in. Check that it is installed correctly on the car. Train people. Do not rent to me a trailer that comes off the car as this one did; it could have caused a very serious accident if it had slide across the road instead of off to the side of the road. The replacement trailer leaked rain into the top and caused $300 of damage. It could have been worse.

There were not any instructions or directions as to how to properly assemble the equipment. I would like to request a full refund and to speak to someone regarding this service.

phillip P.I had a reservation at Storage by the Sea 11 but the truck wasn't returned on time by the previous customer so there was no truck. The assistant called places to find one, she was very helpful and is excluded from the opinions answered.The reservation was for mobile pick up at 6:00pm, luckily I got off work early enough to make it by 5:00 bifore they closed. Otherwise I would have been without a reserved truck. The assistant at Jack Rabbits, the alternative location, was rude, in our interaction both picking up and returning. Because of the unreliability of U Haul in this experience, and the lack of care,tone in speaking, attitude, lack of professionalism I will choose another company the next time I am in need of a truck.

They charged the wrong card without asking first. In the end I wasn't offered any kind of discount or apology from uhual themselves.

Michael F.I had been quoted a price because my truck was not returned. They charged me the 39.99 per day and .99 per mile. It was supposed to be 29.99 per day and .79 per mile. I have the store and left a message but no return call.

Impossible to unload the uhaul with the trailer attached so left the trailer and brought the uhaul the following day. Hard to unload in a field. Would not use this location again. Rick N.The representative did not even walk out with us and we made sure to check for damages (luckily) and the whole side of the truck was damaged. I went in and told him and his response was "usually they mark it with X's. I then took pictures myself of it. The cab was filthy with something spilled all over; I had to clean it myself before starting our trip. Horrible customer service!!

William R.Communicate location updates ASAP. In your corporate records I was told the business I had made a reservation for was closed from Feb 6-13. I had a reservation for Feb 9th. Then customer service sent me to another dealer for my 7:30 am rental that refused to rent to me until 9 am. Then I'm sent to a rental location. I was given a $50 credit, but I was charged for all the extra miles to the distant location and return, plus the relocation of the relocation cost me 90 minutesm plus extra return time. I was paying my help $20 per hour. I appreciate the $50 refund, but it didn't even cover the extra costs I incurred as a result of your poor business!!!!!! Mike, the Owner of the third rental location was the only bight spot in the rental experience. He is a very pleasant professional with great empathy.
John Y.It's not Jack Rabbit's fault but we reserved a truck at a different location and it was not there when we went to pick it up. I received a text confirmation the day before with the phone number of Jack Rabbit but I had no idea that my pick-up location had been moved. Big hassle and a result of using the U-Haul website.

Shalene T.My husband was told he had to unhook the trailer himself. Without a trailer jack on the trailer he ended up straining his back. Not the end of the world, but when you're exhausted after packing, working, hauling, trailering for hours, unpacking etc, it would greatly improve the customer experience not to have to unhook a heavy trailer with no jack by yourself.
