Just make sure the trucks are detailed between visits. All in all, I'm a pretty relaxed person, so stuff doesn't bother me like that. But, riding around with baby roaches underneath the mats wasn't the most fun experience. Or the little crumbs of weed under the passenger seat. Like I said though, I'm not complaining, just a heads up! Y'all came through in the clutch. Not even madDaniel P.

The man at the drop off location wasn't very friendly. The place we had to park the trailer was in a field. It had been storming and if we hadn't been in a big truck, I would have been afraid we would have got stuck.Todd S.
We booked our Uhaul online to be picked up at 2701 Glynn Ave., Brunswick, GA. When we arrived at 4 pm, we were shocked to find no one was there and a sign on the door said Temporarily Closed. We called Uhaul customer service, and were kept on hold for over 40 minutes before we could speak with someone. After being transferred to someone else, we were finally sent to a different location further away to pick up a truck. When we arrived at the new location at 5:30 pm, we were told there wasn't a truck available. Eventually the manager realized he did have a truck we could rent and handled our transaction smoothly, but the whole experience was very frustrating and stressful. Although the wait time was totally unacceptable, I will say that the customer service agents who handled our call were very professional and helpful.Andrew R.

While the man was helpful- my app would not sign on to the location. He said he could take care of it. I turned over the key at 4:30 Sunday; he recorded it for 11:30 Sunday and I was charged additional fees. I have contacted UHaul. I would like this resolved- I left more fuel than required and a clean truck- I would j no it recommend using the app- I had issues at both locationsLaura G.

I don't like the fact that I made reservations for pickup at one location and then on the day of pickup I was running around to a different location. It put me behind on my trip plans. Also, the truck we got is in serious need of repair.HAROLD S.

Originally was supposed to pick up truck, car carrier, furniture dolly, utility dolly & 2 dozen blankets from a location near my home. Had to go across town to pick up equipment only to find out that no one in my town had blankets to rent. Very disappointed.Jennifer B.

I waited for 40 minutes total from waking in door ro checkout. Cashier keep servicing regular store customers. And stated ro ne that I was uhaul and I has to wait because uhaul was not their business. Their business was selling merchandise from the gas station and servicing gas. So I counted over 20 customers that he waited on even though I was there before they even walked in rather doors. Not using this location again.ALFREDO G.

My original drop-off location was not at this location. When I went to the planned drop-off location, I was told that I could not leave the trailer there because they were too full. They recommended that I go to the location where I later dropped the trailer off. The original drop-off location was arranged thru the U-Haul website.Charles H.
This location is great. The location I originally reserved the equipment from apparently takes lunch from at least 12:30 - 2pm. But U-Haul has them not closing for lunch. It caused quite an issue for me having to drive to another location and rent non-optimal equipment and return late from my lunch break.CHRIS R.

Attendant was rude and did not want to help us. Our reservation was made at another location and transferred to the location without our knowledge. Obviously this was upsetting as well to the attendant on duty. He gave us the trailer number and was done with us two older women. No advice on hook up or anything. Very rude through entire process and waited on several convenience store customers before helping us after denying their was even an order. Which he clearly had hundreds of available to rent anyway.Sara W.

We scheduled our pick up from Sheree Boxes, 2701 Glynn Ave, Brunswick GA. I called to confirm, NO ANSWER. Went to pick up the trailer, a property maintenance person said that the Uhaul owner would not be coming in and we could not get the trailer. Luckily we were able to contact Uhaul who then directed us to another dealer. This could have been disastrous for us. DO NOT RECOMMEND SHEREE BOXESRodneyjames K.

THE CARGO VAN I RENTED WAS VERY NASTY AND DUSTY AND NOT CLEAN AT ALL. I HAD TO ACTUALLY SWEEP OUT THE VAN ONCE I GOT IT HOME. I RECOMMEND EQUIPMENT AND VEHICLES SHOW BE CLEAN AND/ OR WIPE OUT AFTER EACH RETURN. I WAS NOT HAPPY AT ALL. I CAN BE REACH AT (912) 202-2550.Tonya M.

This rental was absolutely terrible! If I could get a refund I would request it! I was so angry, but it was the only truck they had so I was stuck. The alignment was messed up so the truck was all over the road. The AC was broken and only blew out hot air with a heat index that day of over 100 degrees. The alarm for the emergency brake was blaring even though the emergency brake was not engaged. It was a TERRIBLE experience!Jessica M.
