I returned the truck with more gas showing on the gage then the contract said. I have a photo with the mileage gage and gas gage showing. I sent that picture to manager of store, along with a picture of the contract with the agreed amount of gas gage upon return. He says he is real busy and will look at it when he can. I left my work 25 miles away to talk to him and show him the photos, but he is "too busy" to make it right by refunding the extra he charged me. We both know that takes 5 minutes. I told him I am expecting the gas he added and charged me for plus tax returned on my card. I do not have faith he will do this without another visit from me. And get will get one, if necessary.

I was in a bad situation because I had paid a moving company that did not show up. I had driven two hours to move my dad. A gentleman by the name of Lochlyn then helped me with getting a truck and a drop off location. He truly went above and beyond.
