I would like to thank all the representative that tried to help me over the phone. I almost gave up on renting this truck. The problem was me not knowing how to use the app. Once I took my time doing step by step it became quiet simple and enjoyed using the app. Thanks

The instructions were wrong. The owner of the building was not helpful. We ended up waiting for 30 minutes for Uhaul to resolve the issue with the location.

RANDAL SFirst off you could actually have the product that a customer requested. Secondly, your app sucks not user-friendly thirdly after complaining to customer service got no kickback or partial refund. Overall terrible experience would never recommend U-Haul to anyone at this point in time.
Donovan APickup via mobile went fine. I think you should make renters aware that you will need to have someone personally verify you via phone. Fortunately this wasn't an issue for me since my wife was at home available to receive a call. The verification only took a few minutes. I think it would be good to give the renter an idea how long they will need to wait. It would be appreciated to streamline the app or at least save my preferences from my previous rental. It took me well over 30 minutes to return the vehicle due to the mobile app locking up or abending when I had to restart the process, sometime it would lock up on the picture taking process. It was quite annoying. I will admit it may had something to do with my phone only having 5% battery. It never allowed me to process all the way through, but I was able to return successfully and it doesn't appear I was charged an extra $20.

Michael TPIck up and drop off was smooth and has anticipated. I guess we did have to contact an agent to complete our check in , but once we did that she did the verifications and we were good to go!
Tanya AHello, I have rented numerous Uhauls in the past and many were from this location. I tried to pick up the vehicle and the online app kept telling me I was not at the location. I have to call Uhaul 5 times between pick up and drop off of the Uhaul. I never received any information on my drop off, no paperwork on the entire rental. Several days after I dopped the truck off I received a call asking when I was going to drop the truck off. There were extra charges and Dan helped me with the problems I was experiencing. I am not sure if I will use Uhaul in the future.
Carrie RMade reservation in west bend. Showed up and they said they stopped renting U-Hauls a month ago. U-Haul found me a truck in Jackson that requires mobile entry. My people helping me move were already on a time restraint and was now an hour behind. Got to Jackson and the mobile gps said I was at the wrong location but I was not. U-Haul had to override the system. I inquired with the business where the key drop box was. There was not one however they said they would have one out for when I return the truck, they did not and business was closed so had to leave the keys on the door step. This was the worst rental experience I have ever had. Will never rent from U-Haul again.
