After returning the vehicle to U-Haul, I got a call from U-Haul saying that I returned the vehicle to the wrong location. He didn’t want to charge my card an extra $200, but gave me an opportunity to return it to the correct address. Thank you.

Made reservation and when I arrived, no one there to talk to and no U-Haul either. Had to make multiple trips to different locations to find the U-Haul I needed and it still wasn’t what I reserved.
