It took over an hour to get into the truck which pushed me back an hour. I asked several times if I would be charged for this hour or lose an hour on my move time and the U-Haul rep said no. However I was charged for an extra day and an extra safety move charge!!! This is the first time I used the live app and I did not like it. It was not made clear that I had to go back on line and check the truck back in so it added another hour, the check back in process added more time to my bill and the lock was next to impossible to put back on. In the store, you get charged once you have the keys. I feel like U-Haul should pay me for all the admin work I did and ended up paying extra for. Not happy. They are working on refunding me for the extra charges, but that may not happen.
