Needs up to date U-Haul Trucks that doesn't requires repairs. I was pulled over by two police officers for too much smoke coming out of the tail pipe. Also, the truck kept shutting down; and had to be exchanged out in another town delaying time to my destination.
BERNETTA MThey really need to purchase the property across the road to store old vehicles and then clean up / mow the land right in front of their shop. It would look a lot nicer and more inviting to walk through.

Joseph JJames had exceptional customer experience. Thanks for your assistance James!!
Shawn MThis was the visual equivalent of a car junk yard masquerading as an auto repair shop. The person there was friendly, but the office was a disaster area. I frankly, cannot believe you want your name associated with a drop-off or pick-up location like this one.
Steve LThis is a junkyard with limited space to receive the uhaul equipment. Personnel was no help at all.
Adam JSee previous comments—James was very helpful but unable to change fuel difference.
Steve WThey were very friendly and professional. My emailkathydawnwright13@ iCloud.com
kathy cInsufficient parking space. Basically a junk yard.
ROBERT WToo busy with his business and other things to talk with customer so customer can get an understanding of the total charges. Also, card was not charged until way after truck turned in. I had to initiate it. Went to another Uhaul facility to do this...
Felicia LVery well kept Mr. James was very helpful and accommodating
ronald vThe location was about 25 miles away in a bad part of town at a dead end road. The drop off location was a salvage yard that you park everything in the yard. Spoke to a representative that guided me to this location because the first location that was "approved" had not been accepting Uhaul trucks/trailers for years but that was not updated by Uhaul when we made our drive from Colorado to Georgia. Start to finish, everything was a complete mess.

ROBERT PLot was crowded with other vehicles not pertaining to U haul
Cynthia NNeed more spacing for the uhaul parking. With all the other cars didn’t have enough room or couldn’t see where to park the 26” uhaul. He wasn’t there upon my arrival but showed up after I left which had me to receive a paper check which comes in the mail. I see there is no spot to talk about the wonderful customer service worker from the 800 number she was everything. Needed extra time because of the wrong address and extra mileage. She text me the address I was suppose to go. She was very helpful she deserves 10 stars alone thanks to them all though.
Tiffany WNone went to two other locations and he was the only one who had a truck
alvin dExplain how the rental works, how the gas and milage works so a patron doesn't over fill the gas tank. Don't rely solely on the contract to explain this but actually discuss it with the customer. Offer multi day discounts and recommendations for man power to assist in loading and unloading the truck for obviously single women.
sheila lThe original location did not have our equipment present, so U-Haul sent us to them & everything was great! Super friendly staff.
Brian RHave a starting set amount of gas in it so person can get it already to a gas pump
cindy fDO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! There was no one at the facility when I arrived to pick up my trailer. I went inside, and it looked like it was just someone's house. I went into the garage, and there was no sign that anyone had been there any time recently. The facility looked like a place people meet to sell meth. There were junk cars blocking the entryway into the building, and the trailers were lined up by the side of the road in a ditch. I had to load the trailer myself, then got a call 3 hours later from the owner saying he reported the trailer stolen. He then said he watched me load up the trailer (and didn't bother to come outside to see what was going on), which took at least half an hour because I didn't have a jack and had to move it all by hand, and sent me a picture of his property that didn't even have me or my car in it.
Justin Cthe original location was changed, and I received the notification while at the 3rd location attempting to acquire my rental truck. Thankfully the shop owner was apologetic and made me feel more comfortable with the situation. let me recommend that texts/emails be sent in a more timely manner Kari Britt/June Veatch
Kari BNothing James was excellent.
KIm UThe location is an old car repair shop. There is no U-Haul store. I wasn’t even sure that was is it a junkyard or so. Also, the rental vehicle had only 1/4 tank of gas.
Sajad AJames was great however the facility did not open until 9AM and ther reservation was booked for 8:30AM. Was told this was a pick up anytime location - not true.
TONY HThe parking lot here is incredibly full (at least, it was when I visited). Cars are parked all over the place. I was fortunate to find a good parking spot for the vehicle, which might be due to good preemptive service from the employees there. The personnel was present when I dropped my truck off, so they actually secured the keys from me personally rather than me having to leave them in a drop box (I used mobile service). They were very friendly and helpful.
Grace WTruck was not clean out in rear bed. Gas gauge showed 1/4 and was only 1/8. Had to stop and put gas in it on the way to my house. The pickup location was garage with little parking. Would not rent from there again. Also, I was scheduled to pickup at Super Inn which was only 5 miles from my home. Got an email to change pickup location to James Garage which was an additional 8 miles and was not offered any credit for the additional miles. When I mentioned it to James all he say was yep!
Don HGas tank was on 3/4 but slip said full. Told them this and they didn,t care. This location is a junk yard
Rhett APickup site is an auto repair facility with vehicles everywhere. Ground is not level and is mostly dirt making it hard to walk into the office. I would suggest Uhaul visit site and evaluate. James was very courteous and knowledgeable. The truck had grass clippings etc in the back which I had to clean up. The 12 pads were all loose and not packaged. The driver side floorboard of cab had dried red dirt, not swept. Mechanically, truck was good and functioned as expected.
ROBERT PIt is a junk yard No driveway. Terrible place. Truck was not clean. And was unsafe as the mirror folded and the seat belt did not work properly
norman bManager was not helpful. I hooked up the trailer As a first time experience (for car towing). A passerby stopped and assisted me. The equipment was fine and the drop off was excellent. Only issue was the pick up.
jim wI had to hook up the car dolly myself went back inside twice to make sure I was good to go. Gas was not full and the inside was dirty and had ants.
EDWARD WWhy do i need t 2 confirmation calls to use the app. I have an acct and provided my license.
Phil GI rented a uhaul and when I got to my original location there were no uhaul. I called the location and was rudely told to “f*ck off”. Then I called customer support at Uhaul. I was on hold for roughly an hour and transferred to three different people before the problem was resolved. The location was completely sketchy. It was located in a junk yard with drug addicts all around. The gentleman who actually rented to us was nice. But all in all it was a terrible experience.
Lael MThank you
