The representative was super, he was friendly and helpful and was working hard to get the app to work so we could complete our reservation despite multiple issues with the app. We kept getting kicked out and had to start the entire online process multiple times. He was patient and helpful but was clearly as equally frustrated with the online booking system as we were. This is not the first time, nor is it just this location. Then line booking service is terrible across every location I have been to. It took us 45 mi items to finally get the online booking completed. Th website refused my friend and co-driver’s licence and kept saying it was “military ID” and it is merely an Ontario Driver’s licence. It ended up that I was the only person who could Drive the truck, as the system would not allow us to upload my friend’s license despite having rented from U-Haul just recently with the same license. I actually felt bad for the attendant as it was births fault, and he worked with us to get it to finally at least complete the booking for me. The online booking process needs to be better.
Cassandra LU-Haul in Hampton, ON is located in a dingy variety store and there's not even a sign saying U-Haul.

GORDON PMobile picket was a pleasant experience and pretty straightf orward. However, the previous users left a black substance in the truck which I can only assume to be bbq charcoal and now it’s all over my white carpets. So while it was convenient, the cleanliness of the truck is based off the previous users judgment and thanks to that now my carpets are ruined.
Kate Wcharged me for an entire second day for a 3 hour extension. Didn't do any kind of pre trip inspection, just threw me the key and took my credit card information. Charged me for fuel after i filled the damn tank (i have receipts), the trucks engine light was on when i got it, they didn't care only truck they had of that size so it was risk it or go without. the truck was beat to hell and looked like it came from a scrap yard. Use this location only if your desperate, and even then you should use any other location or company in the area. STAY AWAY from these clowns.
