Everything worked well in spite of 2 recent young hires in the office. It took a little longer due to that fact but that is how they learn their job. No real problems.
VERLE SJeff is an amazing person. He went out of his way to get me the truck I needed and in just a few minutes made it happen. It was very cold when I picked it up and he had it started and ready to go. I can't say enough good about him. Trucks are not there to know that he does this but he can get them in no time. If I have to use u haul again I will go to him and nowhere else.
LACIE FTthey are not there regularly to make sure the customers have rentals.
