Matthew WIt was confusing when dropping off truck. Couldn't tell if someone was there or if they were open. The drop off box was located behind an added small building. So you have to search for the drop off box at that location.
DONNA PCompleted the rental information online. They offered a 26ft truck at the location, but called 3 days prior to inform me I'd have to travel "81" miles to another location, which was 2hrs out of my way to pick up said truck and stated Mobridge was too small of a location to hold said vehicles. Customer service was not great with the online individual. After explaining the inconvenience how it was going to cost me my time and more money to pick this vehicle up. They gave me extra mileage and another day. However tried to make up giving me free milage and an extra day by repeatedly changing my preferred drop of location.

Brian KI don't care for the online everything however it did help for after hours. I would not have been able to do it if I didn't have the help phone number , the guy who took my initial on the phone reservation was very good to work with and saved me by giving me that number.
RANDY LDo not miss your pickup time this is an unmanned location and if you are later than what you state the app will timeout and not let you proceed to retrieve your keys. It does not state it has timed out or inform you what to do.
Curtis BNo one there to talk to. Must do online. Had to drive from Bismarck, ND to Mobridge, SD, it took 4.5 hours out of my day, plus an extra $70 for gas to get it to Bismarck. I received an extra day and mileage. The extra day didn't help since I had to get back to work. Not very convenient..

Kari LThe fact I had to drive to a different state just to go pick it up was absolutely ridiculous. I reserved it in Minot North Dakota and I had to drive to somewhere in South Dakota to go get it. Absolutely ridiculous I also had to pay for the gas to get it back to Minot from South Dakota and nobody gave a crap about me or my family and the fact that we just spent an absurd amount of money on a truck and no one gave a crap about us

RONALD BI will never recommend uhaul to anyone ever again! We made our reservation a week in advance of our needs. The day before we were to pick up the trailer, uhaul emails us and says they do not have any trailers available for us to use from our location in Mandan nd, however they do have one in Mobridge SS if I want to go get it. You guys are a joke! I will never use you again!

JAMES LI set it up under mine info. I don't have a pickup. My husband had to go pick up the trailer. The guy confused my husband and said he couldn't use the account I had. So my husband had to do the whole process. They didn't discuss uhaul just said call the number!!
BRADLEY SBe sure facility is open at expected pickup time instead of 40 min later. Locking mechanism on trailer was bent, so there was no way to secure the contents. Trailer could be opened even when padlocked.
Julie LIt was horrible making a 64-year-old man download an app to remotely open up a lockbox the app kept telling me it didn’t recognize my mobile device which was my phone which I created the account on and which is the phone I was using to do the dashboard entry absolutely disgusting it was horrible frustrating and stressful

Yupyup I said Awsomeness they grabbed and unhooked the 6x12 trailer and moved it away as another was checking the inside and looking at the inside and backside for new accidents. I had none. Then she pulled out her phone to check the account in a poof I was done, I was driving away. Less than 10 minutes but just over 5. And I explained I had no running lights.

BERRY MThey had temporary staff and I did not receive a receipt. I had to contact them and request a receipt and was then charged for damage to a tow dolly that was the direct result of equipment malfunctioning. I finial receive my receipt and in the notes it lied about attempts to contact me and then they charged my card for damages. After following a customer action complaint I still have not heard from this location. This location provided NO customer service and Michael Crompton lied on his documentation and illegally charged my credit card. This place is a complete disappointment.

Vickie KYour digital system is way to intrusive. I should not need to share my location to return the trailer. I should not have to take a pic of your trailer on a lot, which never did work. The way your digital system is setup has seriously soured my experience with uhaul. I will consider other options next time for sure and that has never been a consideration before.

STEPHANIE VThis truck was left unclean when I picked it up. With the covid19 pandemic, it is evident that there wasn't any attention placed on disinfecting and cleansing of the interior. There were crumbs and and gravel on the floor board and dust on the dash. The steering wheel felt sticky along with the knobs on front of the dash. There was a very strong musky odor emanating from the air conditioner vents which was very unpleasant to endure especially during the warm weather. Overall, I am very disappointed with this rental and will not be back as a customer. I have emailed a formal complaint to customer service 2 days ago and have not received a resolution. This is not how you treat customers.

Baylee LI am rating Mobridge poor because of the distance I had to drive to get the truck. The manager was very friendly and helpful. However, as a location, I had to drive 100 miles one way to pick up a truck. Unacceptable. I had to commit nearly five hours of my time just to get a truck which I had reserved in my hometown SIX weeks in advance.
GARY HTechnician and Manager were competent and understanding of my dangerous problem. Technician diagnosed the problem that the come-alongs were way off from being centered on the tires. I never touched these. Sr. Management said a 40% refund on dolly is on the way, but I also require fair compensation of $100 for the 3.5 hour delay and extreme anxiety and distress regarding the safety of the rig. The drop off tech submitted pictures verifying this serious technical error.
SEAN ONo one was there, I sign on the door in small lettering sag closed until further notice but if you need help call this number. No sign to say they were at lunch, Nothing on website to suggest hrs were closed for lunch. 2 of us, both Senior citizens had to get the trailer off ourselves.

Michael MIn today's health crisis, the store needs to have wipes and cleaning sprays available for anything and everything that employees and customers might touch. Plus the interior of the business must be kept really clean if customers are going to be entering and doing any paperwork inside the business. That's just the way it has to be for the next few months, at a minimum.

Dominic WI had a reservation for this size truck at Bismarck but ended up having to drive 115 miles one way to Mobridge to get it cause Bismarck did t have one even though I reserved one 45 days in advance. I was not impressed. Mobridge people were friendly but truck was kind of dirty both inside and out.
