Easy, as expected

Very happy with my 20' truck rental from U-Haul. It was a long distance one-way trip, and the truck was brand new (1,021 miles on the odometer). I was worried about any possible mechanical issues on my cross-country trip, but since the truck was brand new, everything went smothly. A+++ for U-Haul and its Horsham, PA location.

We were told to pick up the truck at 3 different locations. At the last pick up place there was no truck there for us. After being upset finally let us have one of the trucks he had there. J&R Tires in Anderson. Juan was very helpful. The consol inside the truck was very dirty. Juan had the back of the truck blown out for me. This was not a pleasure trip for me. My daughter had just passed away in Redding, Ca. I drove from Cathlamet, Wa. to Redding to pack up her apartment and bring her things back to my home in Wa. It took longer to pack, load, drive and put everything in storage than antipaticated. I am 83 yrs old, not in good health. This trip was Ok except for the pick up location. Not knowing the town and being under a lot of stress this was very upsetting.

Older vehicle, lots of dents, cigarette ashes on the floor. Best thing air conditioning worked like a champ

Tried to say we drove 34 miles after using the truck for an hour six miles to one way and six miles back. Don’t know how they said that could be 34 miles and then tried to talk about how people siphon the gas as if we were going too. This was my first and last time ever using U-Haul and I’m glad I learned this now since I won’t be using u-haul to move to my apartment anymore. The boy was very young and it was not his fault but tried to say maybe it was from driving too fast, but miles are miles speeding or not. Anyways, have warned everyone I know about this now and it was a terrible experience for me and my elderly father. Never again.

The truck that I got has a little hole on the right side some of my product got wet! Very disappointing lost products on my way to the Cinco de Mayo event.

We were notified that our reserved truck was not not available as we were driving to pick it up and told we'd have to drive 45 miles (one way) up a mountain road to another town to pick one up when they had 8+ on their lot that we were told were for in town rental only. Ridiculous. We will never use your company again and will warn others.

The gentleman who runs the shop was very busy but acknowledged me as I entered the shop. He told me that it would take a few minutes, but he was going to help as soon as possible. Simple things can make a big difference!

The truck had trash in it and the gas had been stolen. The young attendant was friendly but not very knowledgeable. He told us to take it on empty and return it on empty,which is what we did We were then charged 83 dollars for gas. Extremely unsatisfied.
