When i put uhaul in my Maps App on Iphone it came up the Uhaul i reented from was permanently closed. I checked anyway and it went great!

We dropped off the uhaul with a full tank of gas after it only had a quarter of a tank. We were docked for mileage and just from driving it home and do to a wreck on I 40 had to take another route we were 44 miles over and charged 50 dollars but nothing was taken into consideration that it had a full tank of gas

STEVE BIt appeared that their computer system was not tied into the uhaul system. My online drop-off location was changed by 5 miles and $120 more. I had to contact uhaul personally to get this changed, because they could not without deleting my contract and doing it over again. I did not have the time to do it over again, because of scheduled help waiting.

mark kThe rating is NOT for J&B Countertops. It's for U-HAUL. Your U-Haul app was terrible and very non-user friendly. We tried for 45 minutes to return this truck and had to call U-haul several times. It was a total waste of our time. I will never rent from U-Haul again.

Richard KEmployees or corporate over scheduling was called several times too try and get me to pick up early and drop off early quite annoying. NOT my problem reserved over 4 weeks prior to pick up.Need better scheduling system.
MICHAEL Pmake what is expected upon returning the equipment. Also, inform how much it will cost. Just because it says 19.95 a day that is definitely not the case. I will not rent Uhaul again.

Denver BWhen dropping off the Uhaul it says to no park the Uhaul in front of entrances. Well the only entrance to the place was locked up and was unable to enter the drop off location. We had already drove an hour to drop it off and topped it off with gas and they was gonna send us back home. Had to call Uhaul for the second time today and waited on the phone about an hour just for them to tell us park it on front of the locked entrance. This was not the pick up or drop off locations fault 100% on Uhaul.
