Dropped the truck off took pictures of everything, all sides of the truck, mileage in and mileage back also took pictures of fuel out and fuel in. So we have the evidence but somehow this place said fuel was low. Must get a cut from U-Haul to put more fuel in. Absolutely would not rent or get anything done there. Wonder what else they would of said if we didn't take pictures of outside of the truck (dents scrapes, etc.) Go find another place to rent off of. Was told from them to call u-haul if I had an issue. So I did and U-haul refunded fuel charge. He said it was under by 1/8 , bottom line rent somewhere else for better service and TAKE PICTURES, but thank you to u-haul for refunding my money HORRAIBLE PLACE!glenn S.

The truck had bad brakes and shocks and the driver side mirror rattled very loudly. The ramp on this 26 foot truck was much shorter than normal for this size truck making loading much more difficult. I scheduled movers through Uhaul.com to unload the truck. No movers came. We were unable to find another moving service on short notice so we had to wait for friends to be able to help. This resulted in extra days of rental. When I called Uhaul about the delay I was told that I would not be charged extra. I was, in fact, charged extra for those days despite that fact that Uhaul's service let me down and caused the delay.Amanda H.

The owner / guy who helped me get the truck was rude. He talked down to me like I was dumb and made it obvious he was to busy to deal with me. I have been around trucks my whole life, I did not back the truck into the trailer at his standards and he threw a fit, to the point that I got out. I will never go back there. I was also not happy about the last minute change to go to that facility, when my reservation for over 3 weeks was for a different location.Floyd S.

I had no problems with either my pick up or drop off location. I did however have a huge problem when my Uhaul had to be picked up at a location that was over 40mins away one way! I was informed that I should have gotten an voicemail stating that my pick up location changed. however when I showed up the Sears in West Kittanning, PA (5 miles from my home) and was informed I would have to drive to Home, PA (26 miles away). I was displeased to say the least. The very nice gentleman told me that Uhaul had some kind of system reboot/crash and they are extremely over booked. He told me a man earlier had to drive 2.5 hours(one way) away for a truck. The issue was that I had to first pay the people who were already at my home to load for the extra hour and a half that we had to drive to get the truck and pay for gas for both the truck and my personal car to get out there to get the truck. Needless to say I am upset and displeased with Uhaul and I have been on hold for over 15 minutes and counting.Kyle C.

when I dropped the truck off the center was closed. there was a key drop-box. I would have liked to have had some kind of confirmation that the truck was dropped of and what the final charges were.Mark M.

I was very upset to find out my preferred location of DuBois, PA was not available. This caused me to have to drive 40 miles out of my way to Home, PA to get the trailer, which greatly cut into my already limited time to load, travel, and unload with the trailer. The folks at JD Auto were helpful and assured me this happens all the time. Still, I was very upset with U Haul, not them.Martin S.

Your reservation operator scheduled the drop off location and the uhaul storage facility in two separate locations. This was an inconvenience considering I asked multiple times if the two were the same. By the time the contents of the trailer were unloaded to storage, the facility closed! Another inconvenience. Your reservation service has some glaring shortcomings. Your people are accommodating thank goodness.Vince D.

Make sure the customer knows that when you're told the primary location will be at a certain location that there's a good chance you won't be picking the truck up there! We had to drive 20 mins. out of our way and after a 5 hr. drive this was alot of extra time. We were taking my mother out of a nursing home and the whole move was very stressful. My first choice was only a couple of mins. away from the home. Over all u haul did not show alot of customer friendly service.linda L.
We recieved an e-mail with a guarantee to be able to pickup the trailer at Robert & Bev RV in Indiana, PA. Then when we got to J&D Auto Sales they did not have the hitch parts or the plug adapter that we needed and had already check at Robert & Bev RV which they had. Had to run back into Indiana to get the parts that were needed. This delayed what was scheduled for the day by one hour. I feel that if you send out an e-mail less than 24 hours before pickup guaranteeing that the trailer will be at a place that is where it should be. We did recieve a phone call late afternoon to inform us of the change, but J&D Auto Sales was haveing internet troubles. Why does one place have the items needed and the other does not?JANA K.

The owner was very nice, however it is an auto repair shop and has no u-hual materials and the trailer we ordered was the ONLY uhaul item there. This is the third time in 3 months that we have used uhaul and it has been the WORSE experience. It started with the woman who called us the day before and told us there were no trailers at the location we ordered from (3 min from where I needed it) that we would have to drive 30 minutes to p/u the u-haul. I reserved this trailer 3 weeks in advance so I EXPECTED it to be where I reserved it. I was driving from TN to PA to move my mother to FL and did not expect to be inconvienced by needed to drive (45 mins one way) out of my way to get something I reserved. The woman that called was not customer friendly, yes I was upset but she had no intention of trying to help us out...BTW there was another Uhaul place in Ford City 15 min away. After the way she treated us and stated that this is how Uhaul has been doing business for 65 years, I believe this will be the last time we use your service.Betty M.
