When I dropped off the Truck at J&K Automotive in McGregor Tx and personally handed the employee the key, I received no receipt of dropping off the truck so I took time stamped photos of the truck showing license plate in their UHaul lot. I dropped the truck off on Wednesday 1/28/2026 @ 2:45 in the afternoon. When I had to call and request a receipt, the official receipt showed drop-off on Thursday 1/29/2026 @ 10:53am which would be 53 minutes after the deadline. Not sure where anyone got that date & time but it is definately wrong by many many hours. Other than document inaccuracy, I would use UHaul again and plan to soon. Not trying to upset anyone but I expected accurate documentation. The Truck ran great.
