They had temporary staff and I did not receive a receipt. I had to contact them and request a receipt and was then charged for damage to a tow dolly that was the direct result of equipment malfunctioning. I finial receive my receipt and in the notes it lied about attempts to contact me and then they charged my card for damages. After following a customer action complaint I still have not heard from this location. This location provided NO customer service and Michael Crompton lied on his documentation and illegally charged my credit card. This place is a complete disappointment.

Your digital system is way to intrusive. I should not need to share my location to return the trailer. I should not have to take a pic of your trailer on a lot, which never did work. The way your digital system is setup has seriously soured my experience with uhaul. I will consider other options next time for sure and that has never been a consideration before.

They came over to help me unhook the trailer, even though they were closed that day. Very helpful and returned my calls promptly.

This truck was left unclean when I picked it up. With the covid19 pandemic, it is evident that there wasn't any attention placed on disinfecting and cleansing of the interior. There were crumbs and and gravel on the floor board and dust on the dash. The steering wheel felt sticky along with the knobs on front of the dash. There was a very strong musky odor emanating from the air conditioner vents which was very unpleasant to endure especially during the warm weather. Overall, I am very disappointed with this rental and will not be back as a customer. I have emailed a formal complaint to customer service 2 days ago and have not received a resolution. This is not how you treat customers.

I am rating Mobridge poor because of the distance I had to drive to get the truck. The manager was very friendly and helpful. However, as a location, I had to drive 100 miles one way to pick up a truck. Unacceptable. I had to commit nearly five hours of my time just to get a truck which I had reserved in my hometown SIX weeks in advance.

Technician and Manager were competent and understanding of my dangerous problem. Technician diagnosed the problem that the come-alongs were way off from being centered on the tires. I never touched these. Sr. Management said a 40% refund on dolly is on the way, but I also require fair compensation of $100 for the 3.5 hour delay and extreme anxiety and distress regarding the safety of the rig. The drop off tech submitted pictures verifying this serious technical error.

No one was there, I sign on the door in small lettering sag closed until further notice but if you need help call this number. No sign to say they were at lunch, Nothing on website to suggest hrs were closed for lunch. 2 of us, both Senior citizens had to get the trailer off ourselves.

In today's health crisis, the store needs to have wipes and cleaning sprays available for anything and everything that employees and customers might touch. Plus the interior of the business must be kept really clean if customers are going to be entering and doing any paperwork inside the business. That's just the way it has to be for the next few months, at a minimum.

I had a reservation for this size truck at Bismarck but ended up having to drive 115 miles one way to Mobridge to get it cause Bismarck did t have one even though I reserved one 45 days in advance. I was not impressed. Mobridge people were friendly but truck was kind of dirty both inside and out.

Only place to drop in this region was not satisfied with it because it was about 80 miles from where I was told to drop. I felt that I should have been worned and compensated for fuel

The truck used has a bad transmission, my rpm would be at the 2/3 when i was going 55mph on the highway which caused me to use alot of gas so i spent alot of money on gas alone. I was not happy as I didn't realize it would be so expensive, also it took me over an hour to actually get the code for the keys when i reserved 2 weeks in advance and the 24/7 was extremely difficult to do, i called Uhaul about 4 times before i actually got the keys! I was not happy

cabin interior had dog or cat hair on seats....... I had booked truck in Aberdeen but had drive to 90 miles one-way to pick up truck in Mobridge. Local sites fine, but this is corporate U-haul issue-was only notified two-days in advance that there was a truck shortage.

The trailer was clean, but very scratched and dented. Appropriately humorous and friendly staff to work with when we picked up the trailer. Actually an enjoyable transaction!

I rented this trailer for my son (24), actually, who was moving from Brookings to Sioux Falls. And I have rented other trailers from you in the past. The folks in Mobridge are great, and very accommodating, as are the gals on the phone in--where? Fargo? They are always so nice. Where you DO have a problem--and trust me, I DO understand how and why this happens--is that with so many dealers and countless trailers and trucks, keeping track of them is practically impossible. Especially if a dealer has U-Haul as a sideline, which would be the case in smaller towns. This is not to look past that the majority of your customers either don't have a clue, or don't care. How can you fix this? Eliminate the paper chase by having the customer call into your office when dropping off a unit. Yes, I know this would probably be cause to start drinking before 5:00, but the number they call could be a 'recording center' where they hear a three-part tutorial. Who are you, identified by your cell number. Where did you just drop off your rental? What time did you drop it off? All considered, U-Haul is still a pretty doggone impressive company, and your folks on the phone do a really good job. Call if you'd like other input...but I may have to put you on 'hold', because the President calls me several times each day, asking, "Now what the hell should I do?" Okay, so maybe I'm still waiting for that first call. In closing, in smaller markets, it might be helpful for you to have your dealers provide customers (out-going and incoming) with a cell phone contact. Especially for old people like me, who understand voice commands better than their Smart Phone they're still trying to figure out. Thanks. You folks do a good job.

I didn't have issues with the location in Mobridge. I had issues with the U Haul company. I reserved my truck and they still let someone else take it. When I called to figure out why my truck wasn't at my pick up location no one apologized for the experience I was having and the woman I talked to was very rude. I never want to use U Haul again from this experience alone.

Have more vehicles in the state the person is moving from and actually give the discount they say they will and then not apply it! Worst mistake was going with U-Haul never again for any moving experience

We had reserved a 6/12 trailer and the night before the movers were to load us we were informed that the trailer we were to pick up was in an accident and that if we wanted a trailer we would have to go to McLaughlin, SD an hour and a half, one way, to get this trailer. A customer should not have to run after a trailer, they should have some on reserve for these kinds of situations. The trailer had 3 bad tires that had to be replaced half way through our trip. The u haul representative that helped us with the tires said this trailer should not have been sent out with these tires.

The discount i was supposed to receive for driving two extra hours was not applied. the pick up lady was very detailed, aware of my drive, and made sure i applied the x marks, 12 to be exact... oahe pawn, John, was exceptional as well. quick, precise, and polite. was a haul, but wonderful to have

I wasnt even sure if anyone was there. There was a hose running out of the garage door but no lights were on that I could see. I was unable to report the air conditioner not able to keep up due to the engine cover in the cab not being fastened. I found this out on a nice 95 degree day. Would have been nice to let someone know in person
