Nothing, Janeens She Shed was a perfect drop-off point. I did drop off a day earlier than what was rented for. She was very helpful and accommodating. Will use Janeens She Shed if every needed again.
RICKY JTrying to charge me $250 something dollars for hundreds of milea I didn't drive because the people at this location can't keep accurate records. Didn't allow me to do mobile pickup, which I selected at checkout, which would have probably circumvented this whole issue. Will be pressing charges for stealing my money if not resolved. Stay away and save yourself the headache.
Brittany CI called and rented a truck for my sister. Everyone I talked to was wonderful, they said the truck was available and she could come now and pick it up. I asked my sister about her experience and she said it was good. Her only problem was that the truck leaked during a rain and her mattress and box springs got wet. We both were impressed with the kind crew that worked at this U-Haul.

Eddie BUsed the 24/7 app to pick up the truck. Took several attempts to obtain the information to get the keys, then no provision was seen to check starting mileage or not any damage to the vehicle. Upon return it was discovered the mileage in the system was different from the mileage on the truck, resulting in extra charges. Thankfully I had the presence of mind to snap a photo of the starting and ending mileage. About an hour later I had a credit for the extra mileage. The app needs work to make it more user friendly. The locations need to verify the information once a truck is returned. Thankfully this happened on a Saturday and I didn’t have to miss extra time away from work.

Cindy FTrash in cab, someone’s table leg was left in the corner of the cab of the truck. The truck had 7/8 tank of fuel when I picked it up when I went to return it the gauge suddenly stopped working I filled it all the way up and drove it back to the return with it reading 1/2 a tank even though it was up to the cap with gas. I didn’t receive any credit for the extra gas I put in it

Kay BThere were roaches all in the truck. It was an after hours pick up so even though I tried to reach them for 2 days, Noone was ever on site or answered the phone. Horrible.
Journey RWhen I made my reservation I made it for 7:30am. I get to my location and it’s closed. I then called your customer service and they told me “they must have gotten busy and forget to leave the keys for you to self checkin. You’ll have to wait until the location opens at 9” The lady didn’t get to the location until 9:40. I had movers at my home at 8am. I had to pay for 2 extra hours EACH because we couldn’t get this right. Who pays for the mistake? Because it sure shouldn’t be me-the customer.

Allen BThe truck was a piece of crap. It stunk like cigarette smell cover by Carpet Fresh. It gave me q headache driving it. It was a piece if crap and there was an exhaust leak. It sounded like a bad exhaust manifold gasket.
