The owner barely spoke English, accused my fiancé of stealing from the shop when he was waiting in line . Added insurance to my original reservation without asking me. Then added an extra insurance charge and an additional fee for “after hours” at drop off when we were there before the time I agreed on with customer service at the 1-800 number. She extended my time to 6:00 and we were there before 4:00.

Charged for an extra rental for going over the 4 hours! 24 hrs is supposed to be the standard rental time, when did it change? Also, this place said it had blankets and a dolly when ordering through the app and it didn't once I arrived.

Junior EThe truck was in mud and empty when I got in it. I was told to drive slow because they were worried it would get stuck. The employee came out and was able to get it unstuck. I told him it was on empty and he told me to put in what I was going to use and return it on empty. I did that and then got a bill for fuel.
