There was nobody to hook it up to my van properly. When the lights didn't work, I was told just to drive with emergency's on the whole way. I didn't feel like waiting three hours so I left. I wound up stopping at a truck stop just before dusk. called UHaul. The repair man was wonderful, timely.

My reservation was originally for a different location and the truck was not available, nobody could explain why despite having the reservation for almost a week. The clerk at this location had a bad attitude which was great for my already stressful situation.

The person who took the return had someone come in early and pick up the truck. The employee gave my phone number to the person who rented the truck after me regarding the lock on the back of the truck. The next person to rent the truck ended up cutting the lock off the truck. I told him the code I was given and if it didn’t work to call U-Haul.

I had to clean it before putting anything in it plus I got half way down the road and realized there was only a quarter tank of gas so I had to put my own money in the gas tank. And the worse part about it I found weed in the door and under the driver seat of the truck if I would of got pulled over I would of got in trouble for possession over it and I paid 150 out of my bank for it so far not sure if any of that will go back in but still I should of got a discount for having to put 15 bucks in the tank cleaning it before and after and taking such a risk that I was unaware of

Pickup was easy and quick. The lady doing the check in was very good. No changes recommended.

Very easy to rent this truck. The “host” at this location was very friendly and knowledgeable. Gasoline to refuel the truck upon return was available here upon return making for a quick and convenient experience.

I’ve already submitted for an objection on my reservation. I’m expecting to get a When I first entered the truck, I immediately noticed how muddy the floor was. Then in the middle of my move I found a crack pipe on the floorboards. Just in plain sight. Uhaul is supposed to keep these trucks clean and I’d say a crack pipe in the cab is the opposite.
