Gentleman who waited on me was very kind, nice, and helpful! Very pleasant to deal with. Can of truck could have been swept out, but overall very satisfied.I did note in my return about the TPMS light being on, on the dashboard. but other than that, it was a nice encounter overall. Would highly recommend.

I appreciate the gentleman working the register at the Marathon, although he was very busy with his customers he made sure I was tended to. It was a good experience and he was very helpful but I would like to note that it should not be his duty to supply UHaul customers for a service he is not compensated for. He is being pulled away from his job to help service customers from another company that he does not get recognized for. Overall we had a great experience and had to use this location and equipment several times in one week when my car unexpectedly broke down and was unsalvageable.
Destinee KThe truck wasn’t ready when we arrived, and there is a rental guarantee. The owner was refusing to rent us the truck because the person that returned it had a payment that would not go through. I don’t feel like I should’ve had to pay full price for my rental being. I had such a horrible experience trying to get it rented.
