The location was changed last minute and I ended up having to drive an extra five mile out of the way. Also, the vehicle is kept in a spot that is kind of difficult to maneuver out of.

No one was there after I called two days prier to see if they had night drop off and said yes. Was on hold to U-Haul for over an hour. I had a trailer.
