Its a gas station that only had the one truck. I waited 30 min while the clerk was on the phone with someone to approve my rental that I resereved online. I even showed my rental agreement to her.

Charitee TThey need to Have someone knowledgeable on site during work hours to help the customer drop off the keys or clear instructions on what to do by the drop box via QR code scan after hours. It was not easy to do.
WILLIAM CIf I were Uhaul, I would reside to allow this place to operate under my name any longer. Totally unprofessional and intentionally lying regarding mileage on the truck at pick up. They also added insurance without my knowledge after I declined it when I made the reservation.
