You can fumigate your trucks! There were ants in the truck and 2 of them crawled on me and almost caused me to crash on the highway. Having insect pests in these trucks is dangerous. Also, the controls to the headlights fell behind the console so I couldn't use them.AARON G.

There were signs all over about where you could NOT park a Uhaul truck and only one spot to fit the truck right which was near a no parking sign. I don't understand why Uhaul does not have many places with enough parking to fit and maneuver a 26' truck, it's always a hassle.melissa E.

I have used Uhaul for many years and have never had an issue but this time I rented a Uhaul at Jaya Auto 1818 E Irlo Bronson Hwy Kissimmee Fl 34744. This was a horrible experience not only did the guy try to charge me double the price for the Uhaul but the Uhaul he rented to me was covered in a red like sand substance that was so thick in heavy and destroyed and stained my belongings. As soon as I returned the Uhaul I told the owner his truck was filthy and ruined my belongings without implementing it was red sand like substance and his response was oh the red stuff so he obviously was fully aware of his truck being filthy. Also he refused to give me a receipt. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever entailed dealing with Uhaul.Michelle W.

I did pick equipment at 16901 N Cleveland Saturday, March 13, 2021 at 9:00 am and returned to 1818 E Irlo Bronson Memorial March 13, 2021 at 7:00 pm, same day even when I had 2 extra days to return it. I was charge $65 for extra day of use. I understand this is unfair business practice.JOSE R.

The representative at this location is the WORST!!! I've never seen ANYONE who is so LAZY! All she does is just sit there at that desk and talk personally to whomever she associates with. I've been there a total of three (3) times and each time, I have to wait on her to finish making love on that darn phone. She doesn't even hang-up and help! She just keeps the phone on her shoulder and try to help the customers. I mean, EVERY TIME I've been there. Even when I picked the trailer up; she just sat there like a knot on a log on that phone. She didn't even come outside to show me the trailer, etc. So UNPROFESSIONAL! I had to go around the building to get someone to inspect the hook-up of the trailer to my vehicle. I will NEVER use that location for my trailer needs. Thanks v/r Mr. HoodTIMOTHY H.

The cost was $120.00 for the day for a 10 foot truck. I would have expected either unlimited mileage or more than the 64 miles they gave me which was not enough to take the vehicle to the first location for loading, to the second location for unloading, and then to the drop off location with no other stops in between. I got charged for the extra 11 miles.CHARLES M.
They did not help me unhook the trailer from my truck. When I returned the trailer they did not report it. On time so I got a phone call from uhaul asking me why I haven't returned the trailer so I had to go back to where I returned the trailer and ask them to please report that I returned the trailer.FRANK M.

Hours listed on their door said they open at 9 am they didn't open till 10 am. Lady had a hard time working the computer system and told me I need to pre pay for a truck rental in full when I was told when I made the reservation I would only 100 dollars at the time of pick up.harry S.

Got to the place it was raining the guys looked as if he didn't wanted to work. He proceeded to take the key for the inspection told me to sit and wait I decided to go outside place is dirty. A female came asked if I needed help I said he is helping me she went in when the gentleman cake back he said with an attitude there will be charges I ask for what he never said what for I went in he said you could leave She will finish referring to the female I wanted to show her the photos she said I don't need you to close your account I said I need something to proof I brought it she said you pay with CC I said yes well I don't need you go. I was testing to explain issues I had they didn't want to listen to me. I then get an alert. I was being charge an extra $196.88 and they don't know what's it for. Really I will fight it with my bank.edda M.

Tell peopke in advance the store is close. So you will have to do it manually. Had to pay over the phone which i don't like. Many people calling me bc the truck wasnt properly dispatched (while im driving a big truck i dont know how to drive normally and while moving) most likely this is my last time renting from uhaul it was my first and lastKIAMIAH S.

Rude and no help AT ALL!! Company needs to make sure all of their employees are on the same page before they incorrectly charge someone's account without having authorization to do so. And I will be calling the corporate office if this isn't corrected.Sal P.
i had problems dropping off the u haul truck. Customer service changed mutliple dropoff locations. made it a hastle for me. i suggest to have your vehichles with some type of tracking device that shows up to where the u haul truck is. making it easier to locate and close contracts more efficiently without having to bother the customer for details. but service super awesome :DAngel T.
Was not given contract or receipt, had to purchase 4 way extension wire to hook my vehicle to trailer and no help to connect the heavy trailer to my vehicle. Tires were miss matched and rims were rusty. Trailer insurance was added even though on my online reservation I refused it and when I picked up the trailer I was never asked and it was added on anyways.Kevin D.

this was a rip off I rented this truck sat and returned same night dropped keys at box at night I put more than half tank of gas when they gave it to me with 1/2 tank full and They charged me over 200.00 when I only did 2 trip with a total of 28 miles or maybe max 35 while we get the ruck to the house and stop at the gas station I been trying to contact them since than and 1 st week they said I had it to wait till Monday to be contact 1st week passed I called back again and now they said uhaul rep manager is on vacation I have to wait another week now another week just end and no one have call me back unrealXiomara S.
I suggest that this location would actually have someone who knows how to work the system on how to rent the trucks. The lady was having a hard time trying to figure out what to do. I confirmed my uhaul order online and it took a hour to even receive the truck once I got to the location. It'll also help if they had the proper equipment necessary. They charged me for two hand trucks when I only asked for one. Then come to find out they didn't have any hand trucks what's so ever. I had to drive to another location and pay again adding miles to the uhaul just to be able to rent a hand truck. Also the truck was not in good working order. It was sluggish and horrible to drive over 40 mph. Over all this made my moving experience a lot harder.Luis G.

no one confirmed the odometer reading with me when checking out the truck. I made a personal note of the odometer before I pulled out. There was a question of the mileage upon turning in the truck. This would have been avoided had the truck been turned over to me properly. I will not use this U-Haul location again.Michael C.

make sure the reservation is sent to pick up and all equipment is available, did not have dollies as reserved,didnt recieve a proper contract, recieved a poorly printed piece of paper, if sent to them again will find new company to rent from, was not a happy experience
