Nice person, getting equipment took a bit longer due to technical issue and it being done over phone app as well as it being a gas station with other customers walking in. But overall good experience and would rent from here again.

I did reservations on 135 st to go Orange County however was no fear to go 230 st then go back to 114 st to pick up a refrigerator to drive I lost 30 miles

When picking up via mobile, tell the customer that the option to retreive the vehicle will not be available earlier than 1 hr prior to scheduled time and that the process can take up to 30 minutes to complete. If I knew I wouldn't have worried about my check in and I would have arrived earlier.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my recent truck rental drop-off at jbc snack inc on 12/21/24 Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The representative assisting me displayed a lack of professionalism and was quite disrespectful during our interaction. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly, I was met with rudeness and a dismissive attitude, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Given the importance of customer service in any business, I was disappointed by this experience and felt compelled to share my feedback. As a result, I will not be recommending this drop-off location to others, as I believe that respectful and courteous service is essential for a positive customer experience. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure a better experience for future customers.

They over charged me for miles i did not drive, they also selected the safe move option for without my knowledge which charged me an extra 15 dollars even though i did not select it when filling out the application online for the vehicle. They went on to fill out an application on their end and selected what they wanted. The boss wasnt even there to show me exactpy what he was doing when filling out the paper work.

Agent was rude and added items to my reserve that I never asked for. He charged me over $300 in merchandise I never ordered. Luckily the customer service team was able to sort it out. I’ve never had such a bad experience at any U-Haul site but this location is unprofessional and lacking in customer service unlike every other U-Haul I’ve ever dealt with in the past.

I wouldn't recommend U-HAUL at all based on poor customer service. I reserved a cargo trailer from a large U-HAUL , 2 weeks prior to my rental. 3 days prior to pick-up, I Recieved an email explaining they wont have one on that day but I could pick it up at a gas station not far from there and they would honor the reservation. When I arrived at the gas station, the attendant was very nice and but obviously was not familiar with the rental procedures. Eventually he called someone to help walk him through it. He put the phone on speaker so he could tend to customers and muddle through the rental process on his ipad. The man who was supposed to be helpful & supporive to him, became irritated and verbally abusive. I would think most of this paperwork would have been completed upon making the reservation. I finally drove away with the trailer 1½ hours later. I was done with our move a day early and called to ask if I could return it early and recieve a days credit. I was told no because it was 1 hour past my drop of time. They didn't seem to care about any inconvenience they put on me by going to a different pickup location or making we wait an hour and a half while an untrained attendant learned the process hands on. Btw, the drop off was a little better. That only took an additional ½ hour. U-HAUL only cares about themselves as a corporation, not thier employees or their customers. So sad to witness 1st hand.

The location was fine, but my experience with U-Haul in general was atrocious! My location was changed three times. I then confirmed that I was picking up the 20 foot truck at a different location and a time since they called me so late to change the location. That was confirmed, and I had a friend who was listening on speakerphone who was in agreement that I confirmed. I showed up to that location only to find out that I was downgraded to a 15 foot truck which was far too small for the move. I was planning for the next day! I then had to drive further until I was 45 minutes from my house to pick up the 20 foot truck! It took three hours total to pick up the truck. The original location was five minutes from my home! everyone tells me that U-Haul is so bad and that kind of things happen all the time! I will be looking to give my business elsewhere.

It was nice that it was not far from my house and had enough room to orient the trailer. Since the dropoff was done completely over the web, I can't answer questions about personnel...it was just a place to put the trailer. This survey requires me to answer yes or no, so I'll answer "no" just to draw attention to get this survey fixed -- Uhaul shouldn't encourage self-dropoff and not give "N/A" as an option.

Quote was for 2 days and 333 miles without insurance. When I arrived the app was not working so I went inside. The owner of the uhaul location changed my order and added insurance charging nearly $100 more than anticipated.

Charged two days rental only used for one and charged two days insurance only used for one. Stole my money acting like they don’t know how to finalize the uhaul transaction so they can charge for a second day. Thieves crooks be careful!!!

Tie down strap ratchets failed to secure vehicle. For the entire 780 miles had to constantly re secure the straps due to them loosening and coming off my vehicle.

They did not have my appliance I requested. Unknown to me the U-haul supervisor, don't remember her name, arrived with my appliance and streamlined my rental agreement in a timely manner. she is a dedicated employee and made me decide that I will use uhaul on my next move in several months.
