Don't send me to a closed location to pick up my truck and then send me to a 2nd location that is closed for lunch...then give me a filthy truck and no dolly that I paid for

David W.I had to wait awhile before being seen. The receptionist seemed disinterested. When I was seen, they didn't even check the truck. They said I'd get an email. I had to call Uhaul the next day because I had not received any confirmation that the truck was received. In fact, my portal still showed the truck had not been returned. It wasn't until after I called that the information was updated.

They called their Uhaul representative and she told me there was no truck in stock here but it was clearly there. They told me to call another Uhaul number and was able to confirm that there indeed was stock of the 10' truck that I reserved the night previously. We were able to drive away with the truck but it took a lot longer than expected.

Gurpreet S.Drop-off was a nightmare, but not because of JC Collision Center. I was originally told I could drop off in Arvin. Several hours later, I received a phone call and text changing my drop off location to JC Collision Center. For Drop off, I tried using the app, as instructed by U Haul. The app still had the Arvin location as the drop off location. On Monday I received a call from U Haul looking for their truck. I advised U Haul of the drop off location change and they said they would check for it. Working with U Haul was a complete nightmare. Worst experience i've had with a business in a long time.
Richard B.This uhaul experience was awful I have spent thousands of dollars with uhaul overcharged from first qoute. I will be comparing prices next time. I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and this trip was a bad experience mainly because of the pricing going up. Bait and switch.

DON A.I've reserved a truck in the past, when arriving during posted business hours the location was closed and had to go to another location to pick up a truck Today during business hours the location was closed when i was returning the truck. I had to leave key in drop box during normal hours. I would have liked to finalize purchase as i dropped it off

Robin M.When I picked up the u haul truck. it was over a quart low on oil, the windshield wipers were falling off. So I had to drive the truck to another location and have them add oil and replace the wiper blades.

donna K.Beyond having the pick-up location changed at the last minute from Lebec, CA to JC Collision center, requiring additional drive time and mileage, my experience was completely satisfactory.
James S.I had to hook up the trailer by myself with no help. I was not even assisted to make sure it was hooked up correctly and the lights were working. Very bad customer service not helpful..... To check out the trailer the process was very slow 45mins and was asked more then once to rent out moving blankets and dolly which I didn't understand since I was renting a trailer not a moving truck . Come on!
