Very unpleasant experience. Poor service. No drop box signage, poor instructions on return. It was a total NIGHTMARE to return the truck. After pulling the truck into the yard, the gate closed behind us. WE WERE TRAPPED!!!!!! No afterhours / emergency phone number listed. no visible signage for key drop, nothing! Luckily, I was able flag down a passing ice truck to punch in the gate code from the outside. What a waste of hours! I will NEVER rent from them again, nor will I refer anyone! These people need training in how to set up a rental station and what a minimal customer service level is.
