My mistake was going inside to pick up vs. the app. The equipment itself is brand new and easy to drive. The male worker who greeted me was condescending from my first encounter with him. At one point he called my husband to verify my identity. I rented from this same place 3 weeks ago and had a much better experience with the female workers. His answers to my questions were demeaning and unnecessary. Will not return to this location.

carol ATruck needs repair, driver window's rattle very badly when driving, you can't adjust the mirrors and when you use the brakes it feels front end shakes a lot like the rotors are warped.
Walter RI was supposed to pick the truck up at a different location but they did not have the truck I wanted so I got sent to another location that did have the truck. But I requested an 8:30am pick up time the new location did not open till 9:00. So after waiting for them to open I walk out to the truck. In the past some one would walk out with me to make sure the truck was ok and I was satisfied. I was just given the keys after checking in and paying. When I got to the truck the cab smelled like a cigar box and wan filthy. Cheerios on the dash and it looked like someone one got sick on the steering wheel. And less than a half tank was in the truck. I’m a very tall person and barely fit in the cab but I made due. I went to return the truck when I was done and the drop off location was also changed from the one I wanted. Plus your app did not work I had to use the website. It took me an hour to return a truck after hours. Not sure I will be renting again from U-Haul.
Christoph GQuickness matters. This was the absolute slowest U-Haul location in the U.S. The unknowledgeable staff took nearly an hour to get me the keys to a truck that I had reserved.
Thomas LDid not have the appliance dolly that I requested and paid for in the truck. The facility was closed so there was no one there to speak to or get this resolved. So, I had to go out of my way to Home Depo to rent on adding on to the expense and miles that I was not expecting. I feel like I should be compensated for the additional expense since the service I requested was not provided or told that it would not be there.
