I really don't know about this place as it was closed that last two times, I returned something, so I have never been inside or spoken to an employee.

ANTON TEven though the posted hours said the shop was open, it was not. When I called, every option offered led to a machine that stated it was not an option, so I could not reach a person or a machine. I had to ask for help from nearby people to get the trailer off of my car. Fortunately, the trailer was checked in on time, but I did leave a note.... There were many trucks and trailers there, so maybe an off day for them...

chandra rThe customer service is very poor. I tried to call them to reclaim some keys that I left in the truck after I returned it and the voice mail prompts lead to nothing. The "press one for service, press two to speak to a representative" goes no where and you can not reach a human to call you back. Additionall I have dealt with them in person in the past and their attitude is very poor.

Joseph BThe customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. How about greeting the customer and saying hello? It would have been helpful if the staff here mentioned that the drop off process needs to be completed on the website, instead of letting the customer figure it out by chance. Offering to lend a hand to a non-muscular, solo individual to push the tow dolly into the parking space would have been helpful as well.

STEPHEN LThis location has plenty of parking to leave your car when you pick up a truck. The self-help key pickup and drop off are secure and easily located, and the staff are right on top of things.

STEVEN PIt worked out fine for a drop off using the app, but there was a sign that said to drop off the truck in the back, but it was placed in a spot where I didn't see it until I had already submitted photos of the truck location and dropped the key in a box. Would be better if the app or paperwork indicated where the truck should be left.
Michael CDropped off while store was closed on Veterans Day so while I rated the personnel helpful as 'No' that is only because no one was available. I did self drop off using the UHaul app which was okay. Had trouble enabling smartphone location services but that's more of an iPhone thing than UHaul app. Unhooking trailer manually from tow receiver ball not fun. Your trailers really should be equipped with jacks. Surprised they aren't. Somewhat of a hazard to have to manually lift trailed of tow hitch.

(This made the short wait more manageable for my impatient hubby.) We’d definitely use this location again, although we hope that (if we plan further ahead), we’d be able to pick up & drop off in Lovell. (We live in Lovell.).
