Setup for pickup and drop off were not helpful. Had to stop at additional uhaul to pick up moving blankets. Everything before pickup, during rental and at drop off wasn’t easy. Coordination with movers was decent.
CRAIG MOne of the car dollies had missing rivets on the right side and the tail light was hanging. And it also had a hairline crack that turned into a big crack as we traveled.
MARK OStore was closed when I got there. People showed up...hooked up the trailer, but did not test the lights were working. The lady I spoke with said I can check in and pay online, which is not accurate for a trailer.
