In the contract, the drop off location was one place then I got a text telling us to drop it off at another place so we went with the latest one cause they said somebody was ready to pick it up there. We had no clue what to do there was nobody there to help us. We had to call the 800 number change the location place. It was not a good experience.

While this location is a bit isolated out by the airport, the local U-Haul representative contacted me a half hour before my dropoff time, send a picture of the specific dropoff location, and explained where and how to perform the self-checkout, which was all very helpful. He also went out of his way to go help me look for a lost key that might have been in the truck. Thanks again.
