The owner/worker did not speak English, which meant he had no idea what I was doing there. I had to gesture for him to go outside with me to show I was dropping the tow dolly off. Once I unhooked and parked it, I tried to get a confirmation or an indication that he acknowledged that I returned the item. Guess what; I had to call and deal with customer service two days later and explain to them that I In-fact returned it. The whole process was a disaster.

Kevin RTruck was disgustingly filthy - back had garbage in it- pop- coffee- cigarette ashes in cab of truck- windshield inside was disturbingly disgusting- I have never experienced this at the civic center location they take pride in every vehicle- Jeff’s fast station was horrible and then to pay 137$ on top of it- I don’t think I have ever pd that much- that branch needs to do better- very disappointed
