The clerk was trying to argue with me that they didn’t have space at this location. I showed her the paperwork I got from the rental pickup location stating to drop the truck off here. I told her I’m sorry but I’ve been moving all day and got another 2 hour drive ahead of me and she’s asking me to call U-Haul. I said no, this is a U-Haul problem, not a me problem, I’m dropping the key off on the key box and leaving and she just rolled her eyes and muttered something under her breathe.

CHARLES LNever using U- Haul again despite my life time friendship with Pat Crahan who was the face of U- Haul at AAMVA for 50 years enabling U-Haul to enjoy reciprocity across all North American jurisdictions. In fact I will now impose upon MTO that we need to target U- Haul for relaxed Arizona compliant safety measures non complaint with stricter Canadian requirements.
