Computers did not work. Took over one hour to get the truck rented. I did not get any paperwork. Rent $$$ total was almost double that was quoted. I am very upset. 509-857-2232 No Texting. I deserve a full refund. Missed ferry time, had to wait 2 extra hours. Really bad day.

Equipment was clean but the truck was old with many miles and many dings and scratches as someone would expect with normal wear and tear. It would be nice to save time not having to document so many dents, dings, and scratches. Hopefully U-Haul can retire trucks sooner. Excellent customer service! Extremely helpful! Great location and great people!
