The code for the key lock didn't work. However, the owner of the rental place was there and he had the correct code.

The lock box wouldn't open and it took a while for the owner to open it for me. I was charge for fuel that was not in the tank prior to my pick up but didn't have the opportunity to note the lower fuel amount because of the issues with the lock box. Displeased with this service by Uhaul.

Truck needed a tune up and a muffler. Also had ten more miles on the odometer than was stated on the paperwork. This took a great deal of time to straighten out before leaving. This meant for an extra long day since we were driving out of state. Also, we rented a Uhaul truck two weeks in a row and both trucks had 3/8 of a tank of gas to start. Why not a full tank? This was very annoying and disappointing.

Just a note that there is very little cellular connectivity (AT&T) at this location, and it took me much longer than anticipated to complete the mobile check out process. Otherwise, all good.

The van was clean and easy to use. I highly recommend this location. I found the app experience clunky the app couldn't find my location which made it confusing to check in. Thr return process was easier.

The equipment requested were not in the truck making my moving experience horrific. The truck did not have functioning components. For example, the gas needle did not work, therefore I was unable to detect how much gas was in the tank. I was charged even after putting gas in the tank blindly. The customer support number consisted of long waits and no results.

Be mindful, that there's two locations; fairly close by, though only one deals ( I believe) with rentals. Given that, fast prompt service, a real gem.

This process was so easy! The people at Jensen Tire were so helpful, kind and easy to deal with. This was one of the easiest tasks to go through, during a very inconvenient situation of a sudden move. I highly recommend these guys!

Ensure that reserved items are in the vehicle. I reserved furniture dollies to assist with moving a heavy dining room set. Having them missing from my rental made things interesting to say the least. Honest mistake, but doublechecking things would have easily solved this issue. Rental was easy to pickup and being able to drop off after hours was extremely helpful. The equipment was very clean and lot was well lit for night drop.

Great experience - only feedback, the shop owner came out during my return and said that where I parked (in a designated spot), if I rented again, could not guarantee I could retrieve my car due to other cars being towed in. It would be nice if the shop specified clearly marked parking spots for uhaul customers for after hour phone pickup/drop-off.

I arrived at 3 for my reservation. Turns out their printer was not working. They had no work arounds for this problem. The owner proceeded to curse me out. Using profanity, disrespect and rude comments about how many problems he had that day. It wasn’t until I contacted U-Haul corporate that I got on the road at 5pm…. Just in time for rush hour. It should not take 2 hours to pick up a trailer. The owner should watch his language and be nicer. I would never use Jensen tire for anything.

U haul needs to stock their locations better. I had to drive 20 miles just to get a dolly that should have been there when I pre-booked my rental. This experience was below what I expected. The owner was very helpful.

The pick up experience was a nightmare. Remote pick up took over 90 minutes. My reservation was cancelled part way through waiting. Was on hold with customer service for over 40 minutes.

The location was great. For the 2nd time now I had issues with the app to pick up my truck. Had to call customer service for help. Took me over 45 mins to pick up my vehicle. I sat on hold fir almost 20 mins before someone picked up only to be put on hold again. The only reason I got to talk to someone is because they called me due to being late picking up. Overall I love the option of 24/7 pickup/drop-off, the app needs some work, and there should be a direct extension for assistance with 24/7.

The truck had a broken drivers side windshield wiper. I had to drive in the rain without windshield wipers. There was a weak signal in the area which made uploading pics difficult

Convenient location. Checking out the vehicle took a long time, but the employee working was very friendly and did his best to help me. Next time I will do the self check out. It had snowed the morning of my pick up. The parking lot around the Uhauls were very icy. One improvement that would make a huge difference for future customers would be clearing the snow off the vehicles and salting the asphalt around them in the winter. Overall good experience. When I needed to extend my rental by a day it was easy to contact customer service.

The location was convenient to my house, the staff was great and it was an easy pick up/drop off. The van was well maintained however it was not cleaned inside nor outside. Overall it was a good experience

I've had issues the Uhaul rental in the past, but this experience was great. I had to pick up the truck from a different location than where I reserved it, but the truck was clean and in perfect working order, and the folks at Jensen were great!

Jensen tires was closed. It was very very difficult to rent on line. It took two hours and 4 phone calls (one just hung up on us!). Each call was 13-15 minute wait tome, we are sure because this is a crazy failed system! The truck was filthy! Absolutely, filthy. It had blue plastic in the door handles, maybe gloves, we were not touching! The front cab smelled discussing. It smelled like a dead animal and everything g felt dirty!!! The ramp and bay had some sort of beans all over the place, plus more blue plastic things stuck all over???? The transmission is shot. It could barely shift out of first. This one is defiantly ready for retirement! I have rented UHaul before and from jensens. This was not the good experience we have had with U-Haul and their trucks!

When I called U-Haul I was quoted a price for the Cargo van per day, which included a certain amount of mileage. When I picked up the van, the quote and mileage allowance were different and finally, my credit card was charged more than either quoted! The owner of Jensen's tire is wonderful, location was convenient and van was clean. U-Haul on the other hand....NEVER AGAIN!

Apparently when changing order to 24/7 you need to update pickup time to later. At 7:00 the order suddenly canceled. I had to call you guys to sort that out as it canceled while I was en route. I don’t fault the location but rather the process that allows a cancellation without checking with me first...the people I spoke with on the phone were great. But I don’t think I should have had to call in and prospect of being moved to another location was not appealing to say the least.

This was an alternate location because the one which I had a confirmation of a trailer, in fact, did not have the trailer. Fortunately, this location had what I was looking for. There should not be a guaranteed location pick-up if there is nothing available.

Inside the van was filthy. Not sure what was all over the dashboard. But It was not cleaned in between uses. Also, cannot drive on snow at all. My driveway has very little snow on gravel and the tires just spin. Prolly not great for New England.

Truck was supposed to be in Danbury but you don't move trucks so instead you expect me to find my truck. Your folks did discount the rental and miles when we complained that you wouldn't move a truck for a confirmed reservation but you did not tell us truck was at unmanned location and we had not used your app. Downloading an app in a freezing lot with emailed and text verification codes is stupid and just adds unnecessarily to the moving mess. None of us wants to need to rent a vehicle to drag heavy stuff from one place to another. It is hard and exhausting even before preventable situations cause more stress. This was terrible experience and we will seek other options with real people present when we need to rent a truck in the future.

U-haul could have a computer system that works. The guys at Jensen's were great and very helpful in solving our rental around your computer issues. They explained how to do after hours pickups so we could pick up the vehicle once your computer system was up and running again. I would definitely recommend Jensen's in the future.
