The process was easy, but the personnel at Jerry's was not extremely helpful. When I asked him if this was the correct location - there were no other U-Hauls around, and no signage - he shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know", as if he had no idea what I was talking about. I showed him the drop off info on the app, and he then explained the process to me. Weird experience.

They told me they couldn't understand what I was saying. I knew I was supposed to get an email when I returned the car. I didn’t receive any until the day after. They told me to come back when I learn how to speak English or when I “become American”

towyanna qThe reservation was messed up. I was told that I could pick the truck up at 7:00 a.m. It said that on my confirmation. When I got there, they said they didn't open until 1:00 p.m.! On A Saturday! Jerry and I did not know what to do -- he thankfully called and got ahold of someone who THEN told him he could rent the truck to me. This was not good service, but it was because of the reservation, not Jerry. He wasn't helpful at first, but then he was much better when he got ahold of someone and he was able to handle the paperwork, etc.

Representative (Jerry) refused to sign off on the condition of the vehicle being turned in; not checking the gas level and REFUSED to give me some sort of sign off saying that I was relieved of my obligations to uhaul stating that he was "too busy" to do any of that. The experience that I had with him unfortunately would prevent me from using uhaul ever again. It was that bad.

Qidao WHighly inconvenient change of location and time, with staff that could barely speak English. Had to wait 15-20 min for a form to be faxed from U-Haul rather than the usual great experience from the neighborhood dealer on Covina Blvd. Overall, worst experience i have ever had with U-Haul. Makes me question using U-Haul again.
MALCOLM EBesides being told a different price over the telephone for rental, once on location there was no indication that this site was a rental hub for uhaul. For me it was a very unorthodox location and way of doing business.
CORY GPoor guys were swamped with cars needing repair at the Auto service section (they must be well liked by the neighborhood). On the plus side, they are a gasoline station with some of the best gas prices in town. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
