Needs shade for customer to keep out the sunlight when doing transactions. Other than that it was a good experience
Timothy SI was not advised that dropping the UHaul Off at a different location in town would incur a $262.00 fee. Actually, I asked specifically and was told "that should be fine". When we dropped it off at the other location across town, nobody there told us about the drop-off fee either. Imagine my surprise when an in-town, 4 hour UHaul Rental cost me $401.00!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
Rebecca SIt would be very easy to make this location nice, but it doesn’t appear any effort has gone into it. Cell service is not the best, making it difficult to complete the required steps for the app. Additionally, this was NOT the place I chose to return and was much further on winding, narrow roads. There was no apparent way for we to switch back to the original location. I will need to rent again at the end of this month and will be looking into other companies because of the app and the issues above.

shelly mYour website should be clear about this location not being 24 hour return spot. Other locations did while this one didn’t specify on your website and that is why we picked it but turned out they were closed and had to return the following day as instructed by the customer service over the phone, which resulted in additional 20 miles on the truck.
Aya HThe equipment did not run well at all. It was completely off balance. The dolly that was reserved was not present. So I had to go to another one closer to home to pick one up.

Dave HYou cannot drop off equipment here when they are not open, even though U-Haul sent me the self drop off text and told me I should drop off at 1035, the same as when I picked up the truck. There is a sign that says they will fine customers $500 if you leave your U-haul rented equipment there at any time other than when they are open, and they do not open until 12:00 noon. Recommend U-haul get this location to change their policy and/or don't deadline customers to drop off equipment there 2 hours before they open. .

David HPassenger door hinge needs adjustment. Was hard to keep closed. Had to slam the door shut more than once to finalize attachment. Stirring Wheel Key would not turn each time. Needs to be lubricated or someone not knowing will break off a key in trying. Great truck and gas mileage. Look forward in renting it again.

Dorinda DWhen making reservations i expected to pick up my rental at its location. I was told that the truck was already given out to someone else. I was told I had to make another reservation to find another truck. I literally had to way out of my way to pick up my rental. Lost almost half my day driving around when I should have been able to pick up my first reservations. I used 1/8 of fuel just to get home to load our stuff. The way fuel cost is now it's really hard to take i had to pay just get going . I hope my next experience is a hole lot better.

Kelly WFrom before pick up until after pick up, U-Haul was difficult. However, the wonderful lady that helped me on my return made me feel welcomed and a lot less frustrated about my experience with the corporate office. I would totally recommend this location purely because the staff was amazing, kind, and patient with me. They also had great communication with me
Kirsten CI reserved a 20 foot truck. 2 days prior to pick-up, I was told they could only rent me a 15 foot truck. Now 25% of my belongings are gone because I cannot go there to retrieve them any longer. I had a 2 day window to get it and because I didn't have the size I reserved, I now no longer own about $5,000.00 worth of belongings. I will not be using uhaul or recommending them to anyone. This was the worst move I've ever made. NOT a happy customer.

FRANCESFAYE EThe owners fabricated documents in my name to charge me money. Over $1600. I have receipts and emails to prove that the owners of Drive thru Feed falsified my card information and charged my debit card without my authorization. Refund me NOW
Don MThe sole worker (whose name I didn't get) went WAY out of his way to check in my rental several minutes after closing, as I caught him on his way out and literally begged him to please check me in. (I needed my car, which was inside the closed gate, to get home.) I've used Uhaul often over the years, but I can't express how much it meant that he was willing to go the extra mile because of a situation that was totally my doing. I am moving to the area soon and will actively look forward to any chance to work with this Uhaul branch, and really want to heap any praise on them - and particularly on this worker - that I can. Extremely positive experience.
SHON MHours were different than posted. The personnel were rude and they opened the gate on my car. Thankfully there was no damage. But no apology or even a look.

How they got it so screwed up I will never know but the people at the location fixed it. Will never deal with you guys again but would with the awesome people at this location
