Horrible customer experience. The website would not work for us to get the truck. We went inside for help and was told they closed that part at 2pm. We called customer service and was delayed 2 hours.

Justina TWe had a lot of difficulties getting the app to work. From unclear directions in the app to potentially connection issues in the area. When we called the hotline it took 30 minutes to get connected to somebody. This was not the first reservation made. The reservation was made with a local neighborhood vendor who was not on time and did not have the truck. I understand that the prior reservation did not return on time. However the combination of issues was very unnerving for me. We had someone who was helping us. However, because of the truck they had to wait an hour and half.

Landis JGas light was on with 20 miles to go before empty and they would not add gas. Check engine light came on. When I returned vehicle at 6pm I did not receive a return confirmation. Smelled fumes the entire time driving the truck.

Crystal GThe vendors was great but uhaul it self was a terrible experience. They keep changing and canceling my appointment for pick up and didn't want to accommodate me for my inconvenience inconvenience.
Cassandra DLocation or previous renter lied about how much fuel the truck had on it which caused me probably close to an hour making phone calls and chatting with uhaul to get it straight before they charged me an extra $161. After this and my previous experience where the guy left me sitting in his office, to which I arrived early, to go to tow a car for upwards of 40 minutes and then broke open a car on his lot with a screw driver to pull all the uhaul keys out, I will not be using uhaul again. I've used you guys for 2 decades, even when others were less expensive and your service, or more maybe the locations you allow your equipment has just gone to hell. Hope you decide to make some changes.

Ursula CThe agent on duty was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was sent to this location because the other location did I have to equipment I needed. The agent helped me hook up the towing trailer and made sure that everything was functioning properly. Definitely a great experience.
John CThe drop-off young lady was very pleasant and friendly with accepting my truck. It was close to 6:00 and my truck was supposed to be drop-off next day, but she stayed and finished helping me.
Benita NI could not really see equipment when I had to back into a corner to get the trailer. I was too crowded behind the trailer to get a clear look and then I was on a busy road.
