Tell them to make sure when they download the app to have their camera switched on otherwise they won’t be able to take pics nor upload photos and they have to at the location to complete the return process.

Business was supposed to be open in which it wasn't. Had trouble with equipment not being present and noone inside to help. Had to sit on hold for over an hour to get through to someone to tell us to call Uhauls Shreveport region.
