We went at 8:30a to pick up the UHaul. The lock was very difficult to open (possibly due to cold). Once we got it open, the truck wouldn't start. My daughter called the roadside assistant, who said he'd be available in 45 minutes. In the meantime, we had the hood to the U-Haul up and went to get a coffee. When we got back, thankfully, there was a person from Jimenez there. We explained what was happening and between him and the roadside assistant, determined the battery was dead and it would be another 45 min to get a battery. I heard another U-Haul start and when I asked the person from Jimenez if we could just use that one, he said it was bigger. After explaining we were already 1.5 hours behind schedule because of the original U-Haul, he finally relented and let us have the bigger one for the same price. Since he was willing to make it right, I would definitely recommend this location, but point out our issue. We were very appreciative of the bigger truck!

I rented a toy hauler, the lot was a little narrow and crowded made it somewhat difficult to maneuver the trailer around especially when returning. Trailer was top notch and worked great. Price was very economical and the Jimenez staff was very helpful!

Not try to charge their card 71$ after they already paid you .

Maybe some signage to where to drop off your trailer. I was lucky enough not to pull around to the back where the office was with her. There was only one way in one way out so we’ve been very difficult to back a trailer around the corner if I drove back there..

They did not have any equipment dollies, I had reserved 1 dolly, it was quite an inconvenience to drive to the main Uhaul (using the Uhaul truck, adding unnecessary miles) to go pick up the dolly I had already paid for

The guy who rented me the u haul didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I believe he over charged me for the mileage and I was charged for gas even though I brought it back with more than it had

The truck that was left for me to pick up was damaged . The driver side mirror was gone. I picked up at 630 am with mobile check in before the store was open . I took pics and uploaded to the app but there was problems with the app. Your store needs to review your records or check security footage to see that this truck was damaged when I received it. I got a charge for almost $900 and nothing happened to that truck on my time . Any attorney will be involved if this isn’t resolved . Why a damaged truck was left for me and now U-haul like it’s my problem is ridiculous. Someone knows that truck was damaged before I took it and if they look the truck, there should be record if it’s condition before I even rented it .
