The guy who rented me the u haul didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. I believe he over charged me for the mileage and I was charged for gas even though I brought it back with more than it had

The truck that was left for me to pick up was damaged . The driver side mirror was gone. I picked up at 630 am with mobile check in before the store was open . I took pics and uploaded to the app but there was problems with the app. Your store needs to review your records or check security footage to see that this truck was damaged when I received it. I got a charge for almost $900 and nothing happened to that truck on my time . Any attorney will be involved if this isn’t resolved . Why a damaged truck was left for me and now U-haul like it’s my problem is ridiculous. Someone knows that truck was damaged before I took it and if they look the truck, there should be record if it’s condition before I even rented it .
Crystal KOverall - I will NEVER use U-haul again & sharing with every humanitarian heading to NC - U-Haul is behind the Red Cross ONLY, Red Cross IS NOT THERE. Changed our agreement, charged us A LOT more than we were planning. (Using money from donations). Then, we got rerouted - U-Haul wouldn't let us change our drop off point & we drove an extra 2 hours to drop off - then charged us for 84 miles $1 / mi overage.
