You could absolutely have more U-Haul people like the people at this location, they are wonderful, respectful and very pleasant this is the best location I have ever been to. And I have traveled many states.

The app is HORRIBLE! The app continously crashed and wouldn't go to the next section. It kept going to the same question and wouldn't allow you to progress. Then it skipped over the code for the actual key box and went straight to pictures! Had to call and wait for assistance. The whole process took almost an hour of standing out in the cold trying to figure it out! Worst experience with the app, wouldn't do it again!
