I feel like you all sent me to this location because it was further away than from where I requested, which cost me a little over $7 more, which isn't much. However, there was one across the street from me that had equipment there, that was available. I could understand if it wasn't available because I had 13 years of uhaul experience.
WILLIAM TChad and Nancy were super helpful and professional. They handled the rental with ease and the drop off was simple. Highly recommend this location.

BOB DThe app is HORRIBLE! The app continously crashed and wouldn't go to the next section. It kept going to the same question and wouldn't allow you to progress. Then it skipped over the code for the actual key box and went straight to pictures! Had to call and wait for assistance. The whole process took almost an hour of standing out in the cold trying to figure it out! Worst experience with the app, wouldn't do it again!
