The problem is not with the pick up location, it is with the pick up process. I chose to pick up remotely , using my phone to complete the pick up. The app was horrible, asking for information and consistently disregarding it or rejecting it ie : would not scan the back of my licence, would not accept my postal code instead wanting a zip code. When I finally did get the app to work, the lock used to secure the truck and keys was frozen shut and wouldn't open for 30 minutes. The whole process took over an hour in the cold, not a pleasant experience at all.

I tried to load my postal code on my phone, wouldn't work. Did the computer booking. I then had to load the app to do the mobile pick up the truck. That took the most time. As this location is in a valley. The 1-800- person was most helpful. Just let people know if using the mobile app to pick up the truck add 30 minutes to your time for pick-up at this location because of poor cell service.
