James LI always have problems with the app. It will time out and make me start all over when checking a vehicle in. This has happened to me multiple times. This is very frustrating because I just got back from working all day on moving and the last thing I want is an app messing with me. This last time it happened I was in 100+ weather and had to start all over after moving furniture in 100+ weather all day.

JOSE ATruck had a leak in the right inside corner and some of our items got wet and may be ruined. Also the overhead door had come off the truck and could have been a dangerous situation.We let the drop off location know about those things.
Deborah JBattery terminals on truck were not tightened. Truck died in the middle of my move for 2 hours until I figured it out. Roadside assistance was useless. Truck had dried mud everywhere inside.

Morgan GJim upholstery is a great place to rent U-Haul products. Locally owed. I rented the largest trailer with the ramp, made it easy peasy loading and unloading. U-Haul was also easy on renting for pickup and returns. High quality staff and high quality equipment. Thanks team U-Haul at Jim’s upholstery.

Jim KHad a 26ft truck, was little difficult to navigate for parking as there was a boat in the driveway. They were very friendly when I spoke to them on the phone and assisted with all my questions.
