No gas in vehicle low oil and trans fluid only passenger headlight worked truck misfired spit and sputtered the whole trip not a happy customer at all sent in a complaint. over all will never use uhaul ever again nor will my friends or family

No one was at the location Building looked abandoned spoke with someone by phone Told to leave the trailer by the side of the building that was open to anyone and unsecured took pictures to verify the drop off and condition of trailer. Very in professional business operation hope to never have to go there again. Pickup business was complety opposite an excellent operation

Can you say, "dropped the ball?" I just now received my final receipt TEN DAYS after dropping off the truck. Mind you this is after speaking to 6+ individuals over the past 10 days to try to get a final invoice to see what additional charges for gas/mileage would be charged. (It still took 10 days to get this despite my multiple multiple phone calls.) It seems like many problems stemmed from JJAX LLC. From a business prospective, I suggest looking into the multiple failures of JJAX LLC including uHaul's issues checking in the truck and failing to provide a final invoice to the customer. I highly doubt I will ever use uHaul again.

It took way to long to finalize paperwork as all 3 clerks behind counter were useless. They told me to sign b4 inspecting the truck n got upset when I said not til I see the truck.

When we arrived the door to the U-Hall was difficult to open - although it was working fine for us the whole time it was in our care - and the attendent didn't seem to have an idea as to if we would be charged or not. The problem was a simple fix that we could have taken care of with a hammer.

They could not find my reservatiuon for the dropoff, even though I had stated it online in the original reservation. They had to send final paper work in email after they figured it out.

Pick up was slow due to difficulty with computer. Agent had to make phone call for assistance. Equipment (car trailer) was in excellent condition and very well designed.

The truck I requested was a 17', I recieved a 26'. It was too big for the location I moved to. Also, once the back door is completely opened would not shut. I'd like a refund.

Uhaul changed the pickup location on us last minute. We received an email and a text message indicating that a change had been made (but a phone call would have been nice). After an additional 45 minutes of driving to get to the location, we were met with a very under trained employee. The rental location consisted of an untrained man with a laptop at a convenience store counter next to a liquor storage room. My rental pick up took almost 2 hours. It should have been a 15 min process. The man did not have any uniform, badge, sign, desk, or indication that he was a Uhaul employee. He even admitted that this was the first time he had rented a trailer to anyone. Train your employees! Teach them how to hook up a trailer! I should not be the one checking to make sure that it is done right. I should not be the one checking the chains, brakes, and lights. The trailer wasn't even swept out. We had to brush dust and debris out of the tail end of the trailer to even get the door to latch completely... all this before we even left the parking lot. Very unhappy.

After reserving the truck online it took an hour to process the transaction when we picked it up. They demanded two credit cards even though we have rented from U haul before. Then they did not know the difference between 3/4 and7/8 tank of gas.
