Vehicle itself was fine. The employee seemed bothered we were there to pick up something I had reserved days in advance. When my male partner came in, the employee directed all questions to him instead of me - who's name it was under. The office lobby was in a state of disarray - employees were watching a movie on television for a few moments before turning and greeting us.

The staff are,awsome but do not pay attention to what the customer wants, thereby making a mistake
IKECHUKWU PI ordered a dolly and pads, neither were available so I had to go to a different location to get them and then return. The truck was very old and had a very loud whistle/ chirp.
DOUGLAS DI waited for over 30 minutes to get my truck because the person scheduled to be there didn’t show up to work. I also had my original pickup location switched to there because somebody called earlier in the week and asked if I would be ok switching locations for their convenience. I was told I would receive a $25 gas voucher for voluntarily changing pickup locations too and I never got it and was charged normally.
Patrick FI thought the truck perfor.ed well and easy to drive. The location for picking up the truck was a different story, very unprofessional. They made me wait to pick up the truck while the person helping talked about going to court that morning to a coworker. When I went to return the truck they made me re-park the vehicle in the rain.
